"The airport shuttle is very frequent, which is great – makes getting to and from the airport super easy. Even though it's near the airport, getting to and from downtown is also convenient, offering good value for money.
The bed in the room was really high though! 😂 Probably the highest bed I've seen in North America this trip. The coffee machine was quite old and didn't look very clean. The bathroom felt a bit too big, a waste of space really.
I checked out the pool and gym, and they both looked pretty good. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to use them. If I ever come back to Seattle, I'd definitely consider staying here again.
This DoubleTree Hilton really has a resort-like feel, with a huge property. The breakfast experience was excellent; I particularly loved the omelette and pancakes.
It seems like every Hilton property these days offers daily cookies. From Hawaii to Seattle, you can just ask for them at the front desk every day!!"

"My experience at this hotel was a mixed bag.
**The Good:** The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The front desk staff was also very friendly. They upgraded me to a higher room type at a great price during check-in, and the high-floor ocean view room was fantastic, even offering a view of Mount Rainier. The room amenities were also perfectly fine, and the room size was adequate.
**The Bad:** The housekeeping service felt like an invasion of privacy. I had hung the 'Do Not Disturb' sign before leaving, but they still entered to clean the room. I hadn't put my valuables, including cash and jewelry, in the safe that day (a lesson learned for next time), and my personal belongings were also left out. I was very upset when I discovered my room had been entered. There are no cameras on the hotel's guest floors, not even by the elevators, to prove whether or not I had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign up. However, after I complained to the hotel, the housekeeping staff actually lied, claiming they had asked me in person before I left if I wanted the room cleaned and only proceeded after getting an affirmative response. Lying takes this to a whole new level of problematic.
**Overall:** The Ctrip hotel butler service was good and a definite plus. However, the hotel's housekeeping service was truly disappointing. From now on, I'll definitely be more vigilant about protecting my belongings when traveling."

"This hotel is very close to Seattle Airport, but don't try to walk there from the airport – there's no pedestrian path. The hotel shuttle picks up guests from the airport approximately every 25 minutes. No need to call the hotel; just look for the hotel shuttle sign outside the airport to find the pickup location. It's a standard motel, with a large room and comfortable bed. If you don't mind the dated decor, it's a good option."

"The hotel location is convenient, just a 3-5 minute drive from the food court and mall. There are many dining options nearby, offering a variety of choices to suit all budgets. "I stayed at this hotel for a meeting in Bellevue. It is close by the subway which can bring you to Seattle downtown in about half an hour. The room was big and comfortable. However, one night I saw a big cockroach scurrying across the floor, which was very unpleasant. I reported it to the front desk, who moved me to the next room in the middle of the night. However, the two rooms were separated by a door with a gap underneath that could easily have accommodated the cockroach. I was promised a partial refund for this inconvenience, which I still haven't received."

Room is big with kitchen,electric hob, pot, bowl, plate, fork, spoon, knife, chopping board, pepper, salt, dish wash detergent, A lot of hanger for clothes, got iron board and iron, washing clothes is usd 3 per wash for 30mins and dryer is usd 3 per dry for 60 mins. Can Request for basket to put Washed clothes on dry clothes in basket, get it from reception. Everyday got breakfast, good variety, fruit juice, milk, coffee, chocolate milk, normal milk, yogurt, takeaway nicely packed burger jimmy Dean burger), pancake, has brown, scrambled egg, hard boiled egg, meat patty, black bean, vegetable (corn, carrot, green bean, long bean), got garnish and miso soup, quaker oat with different flavours. Got free sauces like tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, peanut butter, maple syrup, Nutella, grape and strawberry sauce. Juices available are apple, cranberry, orange juice. There is free plain bread for you to toast your bread in toaster. Car parking is free. Bath room with body wash, hair shampoo and hair conditioner. They will give floor mat, big bath towel, hair towel, basin towel. There is hair dryer (don't bring ur own hair dryer like Dyson supersonic if urs is singapore three pin plug coz voltage different cannot use in USA). There is 3 TV in total, one at living room, 1 in level 1 room another TV in level 2 room. There is fridge with freezer in the kitchen. I love my stay at residence inn!!

I had a fantastic 2-night stay at this new hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for anyone arriving from the airport via the Green Line Westlake. It’s a direct shot from the airport, and then just a 14-minute walk from the station (which also connects to the mono rail to space needle.
I loved the cozy lobby; it’s a great spot to just hang out or relax for a bit. A huge plus for me was the surrounding area. On my way to check in, I was able to grab Shake Shack for dinner, which was perfect. And for bubble tea lovers, there’s a boba shop, Hey Tea ,right next door! Whole Foods is also just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up anything you need.
The check-in and check-out process was super quick and smooth. I had a great rest over my two nights and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

I was looking for a hotel close to a friend's house and took a chance on the Best Western Plus. The area I was in is known to me and frankly, I wasn't looking forward to staying in that area, but I am glad I did. The hotel is only two floors and as it is an older property it was suggested that I stay on the second floor for less noise. I did stay there during the week so that may have helped with the noise level.
The room was very clean and the view to the golf course was very nice.
The complimentary breakfast was very good, make your own pancakes via the machine in the photos listed.
A washer and dryer, coin operated, was available for use. A gym and a small snack area were also available.
**They do not have a shuttle, but are still close to the airport and right on the golf course.
A Chinese restaurant and an Irish pub were close by. I was told to try the pub, but thought I would go in for some American-style Chinese. Give it a miss. I should have. Irish next time.
***QUICK NOTE***
Wi-fi IS available in the rooms. In the description it read only in the common areas, but it is free and available in the guest rooms.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Down the hill from downtown Seattle so expect a walk/uber in to the city if you’re going that way. Also no fan in bathroom which kind of sucked and the TV wasn’t working. Otherwise, next to the water which was really nice. ALSO $100 a night deposit for up to $500 for 5 nights+ so be aware.

LIUYIXINTwo big beds, three for three. Good morning. The supply will begin at six o'clock. Check out super fast. Many of the choices to go to Rainier Snow Mountain live here, driving to the snowy mountains for about an hour. The surrounding supermarket Ole is very close. Eating is also convenient.

LatawanI had request for a quiet zone room. But I got a room on the 2nd floor by the street which traffic started a lound noise since 4 am in the morning!!! Plus, every neighber rooms seems waking up since 5 am and so on. I only had 3 hours sleep here.
Shuttle bus service to/from the SeaTac airport is a plus.

The cafe next to the hotel has nice and affordable food. However, the sound proofing can be improved as I can hear people walking past my room.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, offering assistance whenever needed and making me feel truly welcomed. The room was spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were also excellent, with everything thoughtfully provided and well organized. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Guest UserThe staff is great. Super friendly and accommodating. Checking was a breeze on Thursday afternoon. The hotel itself has a very nice small front lobby/breakfast area. This is the only area that appears to be updated and kept super clean. We had stayed here years ago and I think things have slowly degraded since our last visit.
Our first night we stayed in a standard queen room. The main hallways and rooms are really starting to show their age. They are superficially clean but when you look a little closer the stains and blems start to show. Bed was incredibly hard almost like sleeping on a box spring. After a bad night trying to sleep in this room we asked for another room and upgraded to a king suite. The suite rooms are much larger in size with a separate bedroom and pullout couch. Same issues though, the couch had stains that we could not even begin to identify and probably would have lit up as a rainbow under some black light. Had to throw a sheet over the couch just to be able to sit on it. The cabinets holding the microwave seemed to be bending under the strain and we didn't dare touch them as it looked like they were going to fall right off the wall.
The location is a little tricky the first time you try and locate the place, its tucked back off of a side road by the freeway. Overall this is a mid range hotel with decent pricing. Would love to see some updates done before we go back to it.

This hotel is very convenient for a Seattle layover. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location near the metro is a plus. The 20% discount at the nearby Denny's restaurant was a good perk.
However, the front desk service was poor. They gave unclear instructions for the airport shuttle, assuming I knew the layout of the airport, and were hard to reach by phone, hanging up on me several times. Most concerning, they double-charged my credit card at check-in even though I had pre-paid through Trip.com.
Thankfully, Trip.com's customer service was excellent. I reported the issue to them, and they quickly contacted the hotel and secured a full refund for the overcharge.
