Tthe best choose at U district in SeattleI had great experience to stay at this hotel. Mostly thank Mr Sam the service manager and all the front desk staff. They are so friendly and helpful to help me get to cancel and get refunded from the trip.com app. I been trying to modify my stay before the cancellation day. Even after I arrived to the hotel and asked to modify, the app keep sending me email that the hotel did not answer their email. So I am unable to cancel or change my booking. After talked with the hotel manager (dear Sam) they told me they did not get any email or phone call from the app. Thus, they agreed to let me changed my booking. I was so grateful and finally the app send me letter agreed to refund my money back. I want to say thank you for been helping me and it gives me good images of Seattle. So far, my first time to this city and all the people I met here are friendly. I am so lucky.
And about the hotel, it gives me warm and friendly feeling too. Clean environment, soft and comfortable bed, pillows and towels. Inside room has microwaves and refrigerator. Feel safe and happy while stay at the hotel. It also has garage to park. That's another good point too.
Once again thank you dear Sam and all staffs , you let me feel I am home with support😊. I will definitely recommend my friends to stay at your hotel!

SSammymuxiaThe room is great, and the facilities and hygiene are excellent. The location is superb, right near Amazon headquarters, and within walking distance. It's a quiet and beautiful environment, very comfortable. However, be aware of the deposit issue with the front desk; luckily, Trip.com helped me resolve it.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself was in a great spot (Royal Caribbean cruise customer) and was clean and pleasant. The staff accommodated our early check in request (we arrived around 1pm) which was terrific - didn't have to wait YAY!!!
The rest of the staff were all wonderful except for the bar staff. We placed an order for drinks/snacks at the bar and then sat off to the side nearer the restaurant. We had to ask at least three times for our order and the bartender/server was abrupt and rather surly. Everyone else was wonderful.

LLIUYIXINTwo big beds, three for three. Good morning. The supply will begin at six o'clock. Check out super fast. Many of the choices to go to Rainier Snow Mountain live here, driving to the snowy mountains for about an hour. The surrounding supermarket Ole is very close. Eating is also convenient.

SSeahawks fanWe stayed here for the convenient access to the link light rail to the Seahawks stadium.
On the plus side, it is only a block away, easy walk to the light rail station. The room was large with a comfortable king size bed. Check in was quick if not particularly personable. The room had a small refrigerator, desk with chair, tv, dresser, end tables and an armchair. There was shampoo, conditioner and soap.
On the negative side, the room was not super clean. It was not visibly dirty at first look but there was some hair in the bath. The worst was the floor. It was a medium finished hard surface floor that looked clean but after walking around for just a few minutes, the bottoms of our socks were nearly black. If we stay here again we will bring slippers with hard soles. As mentioned, the bed was comfortable and sheets were clean but pillows were old with a slightly funny smell. While location was the main reason for staying here for us, it is a very sketchy area. We would not walk around here at night if not for the many other people coming back from the football game.
The price and easy access to the light rail means we will probably stay here for future football games but we will come more prepared with slippers and our own pillows.

MMark RickeyHit and miss, for room cleanliness. 3x staying 2nd time was a quick stay and room needed a good cleaning iin common area, bedroom and bathroom were satisfactory. This stay bathroom needed attention with mold along to edge of shower and mold growth on the floor at corners of the tub. All in all good value for price.

AArturo Enrique VeveThis hotel is very convenient for a Seattle layover. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location near the metro is a plus. The 20% discount at the nearby Denny's restaurant was a good perk.
However, the front desk service was poor. They gave unclear instructions for the airport shuttle, assuming I knew the layout of the airport, and were hard to reach by phone, hanging up on me several times. Most concerning, they double-charged my credit card at check-in even though I had pre-paid through Trip.com.
Thankfully, Trip.com's customer service was excellent. I reported the issue to them, and they quickly contacted the hotel and secured a full refund for the overcharge.

It is dated but I didn't find anything that was broken or not functioning. All was good in appearance as well.
There is s a new 7-11 right across the street...👍
I stayed 1 night so I can't speak to long term but I wouldn't mind staying a while.
