Staff were very kind but hygienic is a main issue. Bed sheets, pillow covers and bathroom. Not all cleaned properly. Made them to change it on spot. Food is decent

It was good and comfortable stay. Some spell was there in room and bathroom otherwise good. Cheaper compare to other properties nearby

Terrible stay at hotel Ambika, maybe one of the worst hotel's in Guwahati, extremely dusty, stinky and sticky.... rude staffs, might not have cleaned room from years.... the whole hotel including room smelled like paan and paan was spit everywhere including the small lift they had.... felt eww 🤢

The service was pathetic. The rooms were not clean, the shower in the washroom wasn't working. The restaurant serves overpriced and tasteless food. By and large one of the worst experiences in guwahati

Baht kharaab condition hai, kosi family ko recommended nhi bathroom too smaller, but staff is full cooperative.

Room was small according to rate. Initially water was not coming at toilet. Later, caretaker solved the problem. Room was at 4 th floor. Lift was available but at 3rd floor one bur is available. At night smell of smoke & something like that disturbing us. Otherwise the room was good to stay.
