Mineral water is provided 4 bottles of 600 ml (2 in the minibar, 2 in the bathroom). Small but mighty....yellowish toilet & no blackout curtain, but the AC was cold enough for us, the shower works perfect & the water pressure strong enough. Quite large for us. Great idea to provide all-you-can- have welcome drinks and water dispenser on each floor....close to train station & a few minimarkets

The hotel is nice and comfortable for resting, the rooms are clean, the service is quite fast and must be responsive to what guests ask for, the location is affordable and the direction we want to go is easy to reach with Grap/other delivery services, basically sippp...👍👍 👍🙏🙏🙏😄😄😄 .

Booked the smallest room. Enough for a night, since we left in the morning. Aircon cold enough for us to sleep well thru the night. Super rare to find foldable bench on the shower & foldable luggage rack in the room, although the rack is broken. No space to put bottles im shower, and the rain shower didn't work. Interior finishing is rusted & dirty....needs some improvement.

This hotel has access to campus, such as Unair or ITS. We checked in at 1am, with a deposit of 150k for the 3 rooms we booked. The room we booked was a twin bed room. Accidentally, the rooms that we booked are on one floor, which is the 3rd floor, especially in rooms 309, 321, and 323. To get to the 3rd floor there is an elevator facility, so you don't have to be tired of getting up by using the stairs. There was a restaurant in front of the hotel, but since we booked exclude breakfast we couldn't taste the food that the hotel provided. If the hotel is crowded, it's a full amount of parking, fortunately, there's still a slot to park the car.

Staying and having a romantic Anniversary dinner was a memorable experience for me and my family. The romantic dinner menu is satisfying and very filling. The cafe staff are also friendly, it's just that the presentation takes a little longer. friendly employees.

The location of the hotel is in the eastern area of ​​Surabaya. Close to Bu Rudi, Bu Kris, 10 minutes to Galaxy Mall, 20 minutes to Atum market, also close to Gubeng station. The rooms are quite spacious, towels, toothpaste and drinking water are provided. There are glasses, teapots and tea, etc. I ordered 2 rooms. 1 room is really okay. 1 room is missing. The towels were musty, the water in the bathroom was very small. Overall, for a budget of around 200 (the price when I booked) it's okay.
