Mineral water is provided 4 bottles of 600 ml (2 in the minibar, 2 in the bathroom). For the cheap price anyway. Rooms are not very clean. The toilet is quite clean. There is no mineral water. AC cold. For that price, it's worth it so there's no need to ask for more.

I stayed for one night at this hotel, and I found it really amazing hotel. Even it is not big fancy hotel, but it has gym, jacuzzy, swimming pool, and sauna facilities. Not big facilities, but it is marvelous for 3 stars hotel. At night, they served Keroncong live-performance. It was amazing to see and hear this rare traditional song from East Java. The room is good, clean, and tidy. The staffs are also very friendly. The location also very close with mall (Galaxy Mall). There are many food sell near the hotel. Very recommended hotel for family and vacation.

Overall, it was a good experience Pros: location, kids-friendly facilities, wifi connection, the room size is big and soundproof (thanks to the thick wall), various options on tv channels Cons: wear and tear on the rooms' wood floor make it look dirty, the temperature inside the fitness area was warmer than outside (not sure if it was supposed to be like that), some toys in the kids club were broken
