My family stayed two nights in this hotel on a tour of Alhambra Palace. The outside common area of the hotel, including the dining room, was very well maintained and could deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms inside were a different story. We occupied two rooms. One was a “superior deluxe room,” and the other was a “classic city-view double room.” Both had the same price tag. The deluxe room was spacious and well-lit but had an odd arrangement with a useless bathtub in the center. Moreover, the room smelled of sewage when we entered the room—which I notified the management. They disagreed and claimed there was no sewage smell. I did not appreciate the response, as all four of our family members smelled of sewage. Nor did I escalate the issue, as our stay was short. The city-view room had a small window overlooking the city without much viewing space. The room was tiny, with two twin beds packed in the room, and was poorly lit. It felt like being in a prison cell. The shower doors in both rooms did not close fully, so the water splashed out. In short, both rooms were substandard and did not deserve the price tag at all. My recommendation to travelers is to stay elsewhere, and if you need to stay there, avoid the small “city-view” rooms and Deluxe Room #331 that smells of sewage. I got to love Spain and its people who are very friendly and helpful, but not this hotel.

During this trip, I learned that Eurostar is a big brand hotel chain. As a hotel, it has an excellent location. This hotel is right next to the A Palace, and it takes 5 minutes to walk to the Na Palace. Turn right and there is a very good restaurant. The room is also relatively large. It is a trustworthy brand. It's a pity that we only stayed for one day. The road in front of the door is also very beautiful.

We had a wonderful experience at the Gran Via. The rooms were impeccable; over a couple of different stays in December & January, we tried a regular room as well as the suites, all were lovely. I particularly recommend the junior suite with the mural on the ceiling (room #6), it was a really special room. The spa & hammam were small but really nice, a perfect way to decompress after work, skiing in the Sierra, etc. The location of the hotel is very central to the Granada cathedral area, as well as the Albaicin. Walkable to many restaurants, bars, & tourist sites. And the rooftop has beautiful views of the cathedral and the Alhambra. What really stood out is the service. The staff was very attentive and went out of their way to make us feel welcome & comfortable. Would definitely stay at the Gran Via again next time I'm in Granada.

Eurostar hotel chain, located in the city center, with direct airport bus access, about 200 meters walk after getting off, near the church. The hotel is quiet in the bustling city, very clean and quiet, with toothbrush, comb, hair dryer, kettle, refrigerator, safe, simple ironing, slippers can be asked for free at the front desk, and there is a drying rack in the bathroom, which is very convenient for washing. The only drawback is that only a small bottle of free mineral water is provided every day. The breakfast is rich, 7:30:10:30, the taste is also good, and the fruit is fresh.

We were very pleased with the location of the hotel and if our room. Also, the room had plenty of space for both of us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We could easily navigate the city and the Alhambra from our base, and public transport was close by and easy to use.

We spent 3 nights in these suites & had a lovely stay. The suites are spacious, clean, great price & a fantastic city location. The bathrooms are huge & offer 2 showers! The staff are friendly & offer lots of good tips for getting around Granada. Really great team running the suites. The roof top pool is perfect for a cold dip after a long day exploring the beautiful streets of Granada. Parking is available & the reception team support accessing the lift to the carpark. Would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Granada & wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

As other have said around 10 minutes walk from City Centre but close to all attractions. Rooms are excellent, spacious and have a nice bathroom. Tea and cofee provided and rooms kept spotless by cleaners. Did not use amenities on offer or eat in the restaurant so cannot comment on quality. Only one minor negative was around wifi - brilliant in reception but 'patchy” in room and would often lose connectivity. Overall first rate hotel and would return.

We stayed here because it was cheap and was well located The girl of the reception very pleasant I don't know how long she is there poor because from 10 to 22 she was always but congratulated her,the positive data are the girl, the bed that is comfortable and the location that is 10 min from the cathedral walking The negatives are quite still so you can't make a bad payment, smells to moisture nothing more you enter the reception, the windows are so old that, although the closets are heard all of the street below,no pears and front there is a building that you can almost hand over the balcony so ... privacy 0,the bathroom shower is very small They have TV but had no command The room was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it We only got a shower towel for two people It is a hotel to go to bed alone and little more is for what we use it, but to be more days does not meet the necessary facilities. Surely for the center it is we will return for the price and location No parking but it is easy to park in the blue area

Very good hotel, reasonable price, thoughtful service, rich breakfast, reasonable restaurant charges, and most importantly, free parking. It is rare to have such a service in Europe. I will come again.

A tarifa do estacionamento do hotel é bastante alta.

GGuest UserBarceló Carmen Granada boasts stunning views of the Alhambra and a prime location that allows for easy exploration of Granada's historic sites. The hotel's rooftop pool and terrace are perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. While most guests appreciate the modern amenities and courteous service, limited parking can be a slight inconvenience. Overall, it earns a well-deserved 4.5 out of 5 stars.
SSightsee60232177992Good location, good value for money, good rooms, close to many major sightseeing attractions, many restaurants/stores/supermarkets nearby, close to airport bus stop and citybus stops......... Did not expect it was such a good place to stay, given the ”hostel” name. Chose the Toc Hostel because of its convenient location and not too many ”last-moment” choices. Booked the single room with private bathroom (avoided the dormitories with shared bathrooms), and was further updgraded to family(?) room upon check-in. The accommodation was better than many mid-range hotels; clean, quiet and spacious. One drawback/point to note: the daily continental breakfasts were rather simple, and only started at 8am; rather too late if you booked early day-tours.
GGuest UserIt's a clean hotel with friendly staff. Price is reasonable for all the amenities it has. Very ideally located with easy access to attractions and restaurants. Because it's centrally located, very easy to get taxis too without any hassle. Will recommend this highly!
First of all when you arrive in front of this hotel, considering that you are very tired and have luggage to carry, don't be surprised if you take the stairs only, don't look for any ramp that will help you go up inside the hotel. Next is a very unwelcome and cold staff that will attend you. We have booked a junior suite, but not a junior suite without a bath gel!!! We complained to 3 different receptionists (night, morning, afternoon shift) and what a surprise, they couldn't give us a bath gel as they don't have anymore supply. 4 star hotel in a junior suite but no supplies!!! We were buying our own soap as they don't have any! The Aircon- heater functions really bad. It will leave you either hot or too hot in the middle of the night. Lastly when you take a bath in the shower the water will go out and make the whole toilet wet. It's not worth wasting money in this hotel.
IItziar UrrutiaThe hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, the hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The hotel has a pay parking but the nearby streets are already finished the paying area and if you are lucky like us you can leave the car as long as you need without worrying about putting a ticket. The hotel is very well communicated with bus stops and metro, although we didn't need any of them.
GGuest UserYou could not find a better situated Hotel in the centre of Granada. We initially had a problem with one of the rooms a we had requested a twin bedded room through our agent but apparently this was not confirmed so they had booked us into a double. The receptionist was so helpful and after a discussion arranged for us to view the rooms still available before we agreed to taking the most suitable. The problem was overcome because all the twin bedded rooms were already booked we took a double into which they put an extra single bed although we had to pay extra. Throughout our stay all the staff were so helpful and attentive, no request was too difficult. If we ever return to Granada we would not hesitate to stay again. There were still Covid restrictions in place (June 2022) so there were no brochures or pamphlets displayed, but the receptionists were all very helpful in answering any questions about facilities in the hotel and about Granada itself - where bus stops were for different buses, cafe's restaurants etc. The breakfast in the hotel was not a buffet (Covid) restrictions) but was waiter service, the menu having a good selection - try the toast with avocado and tomato!
주주사위내기I didn't know the geography of Granada, so I expected it to be a moderate outskirts, but I took the hotel, except that it was good to get through the highway when I visited Alhambra. It's far from the downtown area where people are gathered, and I struggled to move in many ways. And one big mall that you can't tell if you're open or not, and one big restaurant opposite it. And it's really nothing, nothing, except for the mercadona near the residential area.
In conclusion, the location can't give you a good score, and I had a pretty hard time coming and going to the downtown area of Granada, where I was taking a bus using a car. Please calculate the route between the main tourist points and the hotel in advance and move.
The hotel overall was a bit old style, but the room size was larger than any hotel I have stayed in Spain so far. I was on a honeymoon, but I was assigned two single beds and asked me to change to a double bed room. There was no work, and I was able to have a satisfactory bed.
Parking is 16 euros a day, and the system is an old-fashioned system with tickets, so you have to pull out meaningless ticket paper every time you enter, and when you go out, you press the bell and say the lake of the room.
Our couple were not sensitive to noise, but the hotel structure was a shared structure in which the noise in the lobby was upstairs, and we were right above the group guests who were drinking late at night in the lobby. It was a location room. I understand that it was inevitable in the structure, but it was not a very pleasant experience that I could hear the noise of those people in the hotel room.
And the other thing that was absurd was that they had slippers and robes, and they were paid three euros for them and they were packaged. My wife needed slippers as a necessity, and she paid for the package and was able to provide a little better quality slippers than the one-time slippers provided by other hotels in the usual way. The experience that I had to pay and use slippers and bathrobes for 3 euros at a 5 star hotel could not be said to be absolutely good. Because I'm writing this review in the next hotel I checked in, wearing a bathrobe and slippers that are free of charge at this hotel.
MMatthew CAMC Granada is rated as a 1-star hotel, but it definitely didn't feel like it! The room we had on the 3rd floor was spacious, extremely clean, and the white walls complemented the sunlight that soaks in when you open the windows. This depends on what side of the hotel you're in, but we also luckily had the side where the windows faced Plaza Nueva. We were lucky to just open the windows and see flamenco across the street and even the procession going down the street when it happened while being away from all the craziness! The location is also prime to all the bus stops that'll take you to the Alhambra, Sacromonte, and walking distance to the nearby shopping, eats, and hammam baths! And huge shoutout to the manager at the front desk, Pilar. She was so helpful in getting us everything we needed including answering all of our questions, helping us coordinate our delayed luggage delivery, and even being patient with my broken Spanish which you don't need to know because she's fluent in English.
LLissalisaThe front desk staff was friendly and the check-in was smooth. Although the room was small, the sanitary facilities were good and there was a private parking lot. I was satisfied with my stay.
To be honest I read the reviews after booking and before going and I was a bit suspicious about this place but I must say I was positively surprised! The location of this place is great and the hotel itself was very clean. The capsule is a very different experience! We also stayed in the suite which is definitely better but the capsule is a fun experience that you should try out! Staff was great too, especially Abdel which was always very polite and available. I recommend. It's obviously not a resort but for the price you pay it's an absolute bargain
