"My experience at this hotel was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was unbeatable, with friendly staff always willing to help. We were surprised by an incredibly spacious room, so large it almost felt like an apartment. I understand that this isn't always the case. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel's atmosphere was extremely peaceful, ideal for relaxing and unwinding. Every detail was taken care of, making our stay perfect. Without a doubt, a 10/10 experience. I recommend it without a doubt and would gladly return."

"Great concept, good for photos. BUT our capsule no 7 was defective: the door was no locking, the key card holder was taped and so there was no good connection for electricity, and AC in the capsule was not working either. We had to sleep with the door open in order to be able to breath. The door in the room is unlocked and everyone could enter. The patio is right next to the room, so there is a lot ot noise. People drinking until late and no one from the staff around to supervise. At around 2.30,drunk people entered in the room, a man started shouting and hitting a woman in the face, more people were involved and finally somebody called the police. We felt super unsafe, especially without having the possibility to lock our capsule door. Wouldn't go back."

"3 nights in room 124 including breakfast. I paid 124 euros per night for the stay from Thursday to Saturday in May. ㅠㅠ Among the beds, the bed by the window kept creaking a little when I moved. It's a 4-star hotel, but they didn't provide free water. The water for breakfast seemed to be just tap water. They didn't even have the natural orange juice that's standard in Spain. It's the same as drinking water with gas in it. The breakfast lacked too few vegetables, which was disappointing. The location is a bit far... I don't know if it's cheap, but I don't think I'll come here for 124 euros per night. ㅠㅠ"

"I decided on this hotel on a budget, so I didn't have high expectations, but the interior, cleanliness, and facilities were better than I expected and I had a very comfortable stay. I was confused about where to put my clothes when showering, but compared to hostels, just having a private shower is very convenient. Thank you. The posters in the room were playful and interesting."

"This hotel location is excellent. Staff is very helful and thoughful in handling difficult situation. We left our Passport when disembarking the plane and hotel staff help to call the respective airlines and arrange a taxi for us to pick up our passports from the Airport. Very experience hotel front desk staff which touch both my wife and my heart. A big shout out to this hotel staff."

"Good location, the whole building of the hostel is newly built, the multi-person bed is separated from the wood, it can be locked after closing the hatch, and there is light color control in the cabin. The cleanliness is high, the kitchen and the friendship hall are behind the front desk, there is a refrigerator, the refrigeration temperature is enough, and the cooking is convenient. There is a 24-hour front desk. Self check-in is convenient, but still need to check in online in advance. Toilet bathroom clean, because there is no window, so the air is not very circulating, pay attention to the hot and cold water instructions of the water pipe sometimes opposite. Luggage storage after check-out is charged."

"We were a party of three, staying in a room with two single beds and a sofa bed. The cleanliness was acceptable. There's a large supermarket about a 5-minute walk away where we had dinner, and the prices were fair. Right next to the hotel, about a 3-minute walk, there's a bus stop for the bus to Granada Airport, which costs €3.1 per person. You can take bus route 32 to the Alhambra. Walking to the Cathedral takes about 15-20 minutes. Overall, the transportation is convenient. This was the cheapest hotel I stayed at in Spain and offered the best value for money. There's also a restaurant right next to the hotel with delicious food."
