Nice hotel located in a quite place, surrounded by a forest, 20 minutes away from the airport. The service is superb, both Chinese and English speaking. The room was a huge one, modern and clean. Though the VIP lounge was closed, all other amenities are great. The hotel provides a complimentary transfer to West Slope ticket office and to the airport. We were also granted the late check out for free as our airplane departure was late in the evening. A real 5 star hotel experience

A beautiful mood can always make up for some small regrets😃 At noon on November 19, we arrived at Changbaishan Airport smoothly, booked a pick-up service, and arrived at the hotel in about 35 minutes. That day was the second day of the village opening. There were not many guests. The GOs were very enthusiastic. There were staff members before entering the door. One helped us with the luggage and a little girl helped us with the children. We took a short rest on the sofa in the lobby and waited for Clara at the front desk to help us check in. During the period, we met the village chief Janly (definitely a treasure girl!), who greeted us enthusiastically when we met for the first time and had a pleasant chat. It was almost one o'clock in the afternoon. We were afraid that we and the children would be hungry, so we were asked to hurry upstairs to eat. Tianchi Restaurant is the main restaurant here, located on the third floor of the hotel. This restaurant is amazing! It's not about how amazing the food is or how expensive the ingredients are. Our coach on the first day of the Beginner course was Lina, who was very patient and taught from the beginning of the equipment installation. Even a newbie like me who has never skied before doesn't have to worry. Later, there will be professional coaches (Hugh, Michael, Kevin) to guide us. Everyone is very patient and feels safe! It is very close to Xipo and Wanda, and you can drive to Beipo The road around the mountain is particularly beautiful in autumn, and it is not far from Luneng. The Manjiang Grand Canyon is particularly spectacular. Changbai Mountain in autumn is full of oil painting-like scenery! Sanjianghui Scenic Area is also good. I stayed at Songjiang River for four full days. Although I didn’t get the tickets for Changbai Mountain, I had a lot of fun every day!

Loved that the hotel is right around the corner from the Scenic Tourist Centre, staff at the hotel were welcoming, very helpful and lovely. Front desk staff were very accommodating and we appreciated their help in providing us with information on the tourist spots nearby. They also recommended a very nice local restaurant in a nearby town and it was delicious. The hotel does not have much food options available around but there are plentiful on the delivery apps. Loved out stay here and would recommend it to people wanting to visit the West side of the mountain.
