Wonderful ! 2nd time in Changbaishan, west area, 2nd time stayed in Pullman Resort. This is a gem of a place: - amazing location (close to the airport, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan, surrounded by nature, super quiet); - super friendly staff (they really go the extra mile to make your stay the best possible); - free airport shuttle service; - amazing food (dinners, delicious and varied breakfast) - awesome amenities: indoor swimming pool, ping-pong, snooker, gym, majong, SPA, deer you can interact with, etc. - they also had a healthcare team to go to the hotel, every 3 days in the morning to make the necessary covid tests. All in all, a magnificent experience. To go back if have the chance to go to Changbaishan again.

most affordable option within the entire ski resort, located at the end of the resort but the resort isn't very big so walking a few mins more is perfectly fine. Very nice and comfortable, ski passes for each night of stay, access to the hotel's own hot spring (i believe it is the only hotel in the resort with this), buffet breakfasts, and free airport pick-up/drop-offs make this hotel a very good value stay!

The room was comfortable and clean. We went there for the hot springs, and it lived up to our expectations. We highly recommend the outdoor Chinese medicine pool and the special pool. The kids certainly preferred the indoor children's water entertainment facilities, and never tired of it. The room we stayed in was on the fifth floor, with a super good view. We saw the bright moon in the sky and the sunrise in the east of Changbai Mountain. The hotel staff were very warm and friendly throughout the whole process. The hotel front desk could help arrange airport transfers and scenic area trips. The price was reasonable and the driver was reliable. Due to our itinerary, we only stayed for half a day to play the Luneng Park rights given by the hotel. We fed the deer, experienced shooting and archery, and soaked in the Mediterranean hot springs. I have to remind you here that although we stayed for two nights and had two days of rights, we could only get the deer food for the day at Kuilu Farm, and there was only a small cup. As soon as we entered, it was snatched away by the hungry deer. The interaction with the deer seemed to end before it even started. Shooting and archery are more friendly, and you can get both days. There is not much to eat in the whole Luneng Resort. The most reliable one is Burger King. The Mediterranean Spa is very disappointing. Maybe it is because of the off-season? Many pools are not open. There are no disposable items. Even the back scrubbing is useless. I wanted to experience the Northeastern bathing culture. Finally, I really like the lady with glasses at the front desk of the MGallery~ She lent us matches to set off the fairy wands, and the big brother who drove the shuttle bus at night~ The music was super exciting.
