The location is a bit rough but they do a great job keeping everything clean and cozy.
Water in the shower needs a few minutes to get hot but it works fine.
Good for solo travellers who don’t mind the location.

A clean hotel with a good location near the station. Our room was on the 6th floor and thus we had a great view of the Skyline. The room was clean and adequately large. The station environment ok, but we were just sleeping there.

Arrived at hotel at 07.15 am on Thursday 21st Sept after a horrendous journey only to find out I had booked the previous night. Wow- My visit started with the most facetious, arrogant, condescending harridan I've ever had the misfortune to encounter at any hotel, ever. Baffling how such an obnoxious person is employed in the hospitality industry. I could write an entire review based on how horrible this person is, but it would likely be banned by Tripadvisor, so let's move on! However, the other staff member I met was the most awesome ever- and totally went above and beyond to ensure my A&O visit went as smooth as possible. (You know who you are- Thank You!!!) As for my lodging- I was relegated to an annex outside the main building, which was not too bad as the weather was agreeable. But having to walk outside to the reception, lounge, (closed) kitchen or breakfast area in the rain or snow would have been quite unacceptable. Like all A&Os the interior was spotless. My dorm however faced an open lane/parking area often populated by drunk vagrants- or maybe drunk guests. The ground was littered with beer bottles, cigarette butts, and smelly stains (you can figure that one out!). One of the few downsides about A&Os is that six bed dorms are often two pairs of bunks, and two single beds pushed together. Those two beds seems to come with a single locker, so the dorm may be lacking in that regard. The en-suite was great though- spacious and separate rooms for toilet and shower, both with sinks, lots of hot water and even a towel warmer. So yes, as I write the covid thing is still real, and precautions must be taken for the sake of the staff and guests. Which brings me to the only thing I could not abide: despite the hostel being nowhere near full, they seemed to pack each dorm to full capacity before opening another. As they say, there is a reason for everything. But if they want to take covid seriously, my hunch says fewer guests in more dorms might be safer. Especially when the common area washrooms are shuttered- what the heck!? To sum it all up- this may not sound like the best review, but I do generally recommend A&O Galluswarte. Someday when covid is a thing of the past and operations are back to normal, I hope to stay here again.
Our Holiday Inn – the niu, Air Frankfurt Messe invites you to travel back in time: In keeping with the nearby airport and especially because of the neighboring Rebstockpark, whose grounds were once Frankfurt's first airport, the design refers to the beginnings of aeronautics. Located west of the city center in the Bockenheim district, our Holiday Inn – the niu, Air Frankfurt Messe is just as suitable for business guests as it is for city travelers. The nearest slip road to the A44 is nearby and the Rebstockbad tram station is only 200 meters away.Holiday Inn – the niu, Air Frankfurt Messe offers you an open lobby with a seating area, a restaurant and a 24-hour bar with a food offer as well as a 24-hour reception. We are happy to welcome you in the morning to the breakfast buffet, so that you start the day strengthened. You can park your car in the hotel's parking garage for a fee.Our 344 air-conditioned double rooms are available in three sizes. All have soundproof windows that can be opened and a view of the inner courtyard or the Frankfurt skyline. Thanks to a desk, free high-speed WiFi and screen mirroring, you can work at your best. The other amenities are also state-of-the-art: 40-inch flat screen with Smart TV and sound system. For families, we are happy to set up an extra bed or a baby crib.

Even though it’s a chain it gives you the feeling that it’s not. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We accidentally booked for the wrong night, but luckily they had an extra room and the helped us transfer our booking into the right night. The staff spoke perfect English and was just really everything your wanted as a tourist giving good advice on how to enter the city. The room is equipped with a big bed and a big tv, and the bathroom is a good size too, so even though the rooms aren’t so big they really focused on using the space correctly. We had a room facing into the yard so no noise there, but it’s very convivially places next to the highway, so you’re quick on your way again, but of course it means some rooms are facing out to the trafficked highway also. What’s even better is that they had a cromecast connected to the tv, which as a tourist is so absolutely genius so we don’t have to watch dubbed German television. (Small disclaimer is that the Wi-Fi was a little slow until the evening making it a little hard to work) The breakfast is super variated and big, and they fill up the missing things quickly, and take our plates when we are done so they don’t pile on the table. The parking cellar cost a little but there’s parking space outside the hotel too. The tramp is located just next to the hotel and takes you into the city directly. You can even buy a ticket just next to it for about 2 euroes. I don’t have a single complaint about this place, and usually I’m very picky. It’s new, hip, clean, modern… from the nice, free and clean toilets in the parking cellar to the music being played in the reception, and the opportunity to self-check in. Will defiantly recommend and will defiantly return if in Frankfurt again.

I am still staying at the hotel and my experience so far has been absolutely horrible. The checkin was so slow and the male receptionist was disinterested for any greetings let alone offering any help with baggage . Sent me through wrong side of the lift and had to take stairs to get to my room it would have been easier if I was advised to take only 3 steps of stairs and the then the lift which opens right outside the room I was allocated. The cleaning standards of the hotel are awful on next level. The room is so dirty , the corners are filthy and the situation under the beds is disgusting. The housekeeper enter your room to verify if you are staying over rather than checking the system at the reception. The cleaners seem bothered when you ask them to refresh your room and they don’t greet you at all. It’s like I always have to remind twice if I need something. Customer service runs in negative not even zero . I made the biggest mistake of choosing this hostel /hotel , I have never experienced this bad hotel in my life. My recommendation, spend a little more and book somewhere where the staff actually wants to work. Well apart from greeted by a lovely lady receptionist on Saturday evening , the day I checked in ,,, nothing is right about my stay.
Very Good

Outstanding
DD@viDOverall good, still room for improvement. Don’t have a fridge in the room, don’t serve bottle water. Room space is slightly small comparing with others
Clean and comfy
GGuest UserLoved this hotel. If we came back to Frankfurt we would stay here again. It’s in a great location that’s walkable to everything. It’s essentially city center and there is a ton to do just outside of your doorstep. The service was perfect, everyone is really friendly and helpful. They offer a nice breakfast in the morning. Hotel always smells fresh and clean. The room is really nice with a comfy bed and big bathroom. This is connected to the moxy hotel and the moxy bar/lounge is open 24/7 which is really cool because it’s set up nicely for if you want to eat, play games, just relax, etc. it’s really easy to get a taxi since they can call one for you or you can use the taxi call machine up by the front desk. Tap once for cash and twice for card payment. Super easy. Just a heads up: sometimes they forget to tell you that your room key controls the electric in the room so if you don’t already know this, don’t panic if nothing works when you get in your room at first. You have to slide one of the room keys in the card holder inside of your room next to the front door and everything turns on. Loved that because it’s a great way to save energy. Full kitchen and utensils, cups, cookware, dishwasher, fridge in room if you want to save on food and cook in your room. They also have laundry available if you need to do laundry which you can get tokens for for a couple euro. I just loved this place and the location.
GGuest UserAll good, close to the city center, a few minutes away from the center of the city,. The room was decent, so was the bathroom. Bed could have been more comfortable though, very hard for my taste. We had some trouble with our credit cards, they got rejected many times even though they were not empty, but I guess thats Germany lol.
DDanielleLocation is perfect, access direct from Airport or from Train station very easy.
Air conditioning a bit old and noisy. Service poor.
Breakfast very good! I would stay again im case of long flight connections.
GGuest UserWe stayed two nights at this hotel. We arrived early from our US flight and the staff was able to get us a room immediately, even though it was a few hours before check-in time. We really appreciated this, since we were all tired after the long flight and had two tired kids in our party. Their breakfast is really good and well stocked and clean. We enjoyed it on both mornings. This hotel is some ways from the airport and it is around 40 Euros one way in a cab or Uber. Romer (city center) is around 10-15 minutes from here (around 12 Euros in Uber). We were able to experience Frankfurt's wonderful Christmas market on 2 days conveniently from this hotel. The best part about this hotel was the staff. They were really welcoming, helpful, professional and took pride in their jobs. Every interaction with the front desk was awesome and the lady who manages the breakfast area was working very hard to keep the area clean and the food well stocked. Kudos to the staff of this hotel! We did notice two small issues with this hotel. One issue is that there's no restaurants or groceries nearby. It seems like an industrial area. To mitigate this, the hotel does have Pizza available in the evenings. The second issue was that the rooms were too warm. Since AC is not on during winters, the only option to make the room temperature more acceptable was to open the windows, which made the room noisy because of cars driving fast in the street nearby. The blankets provided were more like comforters and so we couldn't use them at all. The hotel should find a way to fix this issue. In all, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely consider it, if we plan to spend time closer to the city center.
SSmileBoy77It was my first time going abroad alone. The meeting was next to the airport, so I chose this hotel.
The hotel is about a 25-minute walk from Terminal 1 of Frankfurt Airport. You can take the Hotel shuttle on the arrival floor after leaving the airport. It is free, but it costs 6 euros to go from the hotel to the airport.
The hotel does not provide disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. There is an Asian restaurant and an Italian restaurant opposite, as well as a Rewe supermarket to meet daily needs.
The windows and doors of the hotel are very thick and soundproof. You can't hear the sound of planes taking off and landing when the windows are closed.
9924653123The hotel is still pretty new, located just behind the Frankfurt fair. We booked premium room, upon check in they recognise my Gha discovery status which is a plus. We booked king room but got twin room instead. The front office guy first informed us that there was no more room available. But an Asian front office guy who has seem more experience could manage to get us another room. He also solved the problem with our reservation, as eventhough we booked 1 room and received only 1 confirmation as it appears in the GHA app, it appears 2 reservation in their system. The room is clean, the rustic factory design room interior is probably not my taste but not an issue. What bothers me was the AC didn’t work properly. The room has a large window, even as the AC was set on high, it was still warmer than the corridor outside the room. Breakfast was good, we also went to the outdoor bar, which was very cozy and has a good non alcoholic gin menu.
LLowell-FinThe hotel is not far from Frankfurt Hauptbanhof Train Station and the rooms are very clean and modern. lots of stores and cafes nearby. We really enjoyed staying here. I really like how spacious it is
GGuest UserI spent 3 nights in the hotel. The hotel is located in the middle of Frankfurt Station, which certainly is not one of the best and safest quarters of the city (smut, homelessness, drugs, crime). I have booked the hotel consciously despite the location (it has a good connection), but was very frightened and surprised by the lack of security in the hotel: any street passant can easily reach the hotel rooms progress because neither the staircase nor the train have secure access. My room was quite unpleasant (pleases on the wallpapers, very soft mattresses, no mattress savers) and simple/cheaply furnished, which is not surprising at the price, and very bright. However, I was surprised to have the lack of cleanliness: hair on the ground, thick dust layers on the footbars, light switches and Co. water spots on armatures, shower wall, dirty toilet ... Unfortunately my friendly request has been made for the The first night, cleaning the room again thoroughly, nothing brought. My experience with the staff was growing: My cleaning request was very friendly received by the morning porter. The evening porter, who was responsible for receipt and making factures, was completely unprofessional, over-charged and unfriendly. I would NOT recommend a night in this hotel, as I felt both awful and not safe at all.
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located close to Frankfurt central station. Rooms are basic, but clean and comfy. Recommended for a one night stay. Neighborhood a bit dodgy, requested for a room not facing the road; was quite. Bathroom clean and modern.
