We had chosen this hotel consciously, because it is footing in the neighborhood of the people we wanted to visit. The hotel offered breakfast and various rooms (with beds with common mattress (1.60 m wide) and separate beds). These were the points that led to the decision for this hotel. We booked a room with separate beds and breakfast. What did we get? A beautiful room on the second floor (without lift) with common mattress! If you are not used to this, you don't have to try to sleep at all. Once one moves, the other is also awake! Although the window to the street let fresh air in if not just one stood in front of the house and smoked, but also the street noise and the crash of the church clocks. Well, with earstops it went. The breakfast was not made to us, because we were allegedly the only guests who booked the breakfast. If it was really so, I have completely understanding it, but perhaps it was told to all guests. We were offered a lunch package instead of breakfast (which we did not accept) and we didn't have to pay anything for the missing breakfast. These two things (common mattress and no breakfast) would have been worth the hotel contact us after the online booking (one week before arrival!) and inform us of these circumstances. Instead, we can travel and present us to complete facts. Otherwise what the staff is very nice and helpful there is nothing to do. I don't think we're trying it again in this hotel.

GGuest UserWe stayed here two separate nights on our trip. The night after flying into FRA and the night before we fly out of FRA. We came from the US and met up with our daughter from the UAE. So we selected rooms to accommodate 3 adults. We found the hotel to be clean, conveniently located and economical. The room size was modest just like the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. They stored our bags as we explored locally waiting to check in. We did not try the breakfast but there are also plenty of dining options in the area. The train station is a 5 minute walk. We rode the S-Bahn to and from the airport. Trams were just out front of the hotel and provided quick links to Romer Christmas markets and the Apfelwein restaurants across the river. We would definitely stay here again
This was a decent hotel to stay at with my friends. No problems to complain about really. Could easily compare to a travel lodge in the uk which is why I have given it an average score Beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. The ease to check out whenever was also a bonus
DDrBlack21It was a nice stay at the hotel, the rooms were clean and made a good impression. The room of me had no beautiful view, but from the hall there was a nice view of the skyline. The lack of staff at check-in was confusing at the beginning but the condition of check-in machines was simple and it went quickly. Breakfast was also good and you had a pleasant night
TTaramulcahy17Hello, I stayed with you in fair villa dianna Westend in Frankfurt from the dates 10-14th of dec we paid for the hotel in full when booking our TWIN room which should be a double and a single bed in the room! We arrived at the hotel and a blonde older lady working at reception told us to wait! No one else was there! When SHE WAS ready!! Then she told us that we have a tourist charge of €24 to pay now! I paid it with no hesitation, we got our key and went to our room on the third floor room 301 we opened the door to find 2 single beds!!!! This is not a twin room!! I went down to speak with the lady about the issues and she abruptly told me she had emailed asking me if I wanted an extra bed for €15 per night!! and I never replied to that email as I thought there was no need as I had booked a twin and was expecting a double and single bed which would have been enough room for the three of us!! As she told me no 2 singles I returned to the room got my purse I came down and said we better pay it as we needed the bed for my nine year old daughter!!! She said they would need time to set up the bed I told her that was no problem as we were going to dinner, she gave us the key for 306 to put our bags in and went to dinner while they did the bed. When we returned from dinner, we found a double bed dressed as 2 singles just pushed together!!!! My daughter went to sit on her bed and you can see and hear in the video what it was like!!!! On the second or third night Nadine went for a quick/short shower @9pm I went in for one @ 11pm and there was no hot water in the shower!!!! We did not sleep well any night because of the extra bed that we paid €60 for!!!!!after paying for the room in full before arrival and the €24 tourist charge!!! Also we were on the third floor and could still hear everyone coming in and out and walking the stairs!!! The two young women that were working the before leaving and the morning of leaving were lovely!! And even helped us booking a taxi for the airport. Also the pictures online against what the hotel really looks like are very different!!! On the first day my daughter fell down the stairs I am very lucky I caught her after 3-5steps as she would have broken her neck! She hurt her legs!! And then the psychological fear for her and I of walking the stairs every time since!! We were only in Frankfurt for four nights and our first family holiday and unfortunately due to the creaking bed and lack of sleep we were denied a lot because my daughter was too tired and cranky in the evening to keep going!! Also when we left on the second morning we locked our bedroom door when we came back that night we found our bedroom door opened and ajar someone was clearly in our room and so dangerously didn’t lock the door after them we could have had all our belongings stolen!!! This had been my WORST experience of a hotel EVER!! I await your reply, Tara Mulcahy.
