It's not the closest to the train station, but within an acceptable range, the walking time is within 10 minutes, and it is located in the direction of the commercial street in front of the station, which is better than those hotels located behind the station. You can also walk to shopping centers such as Zell Street arrive. This location is recommended. Great value for money!

Close to Frankfurt railway station which is both good and bad. Lots of access to nightlife but also to the drunken mobs attracted to it. Lots of broken glass and drunken mobs out n about in the morning. Rooms are ok but a bit dated.

It took me awhile to settle on the Monopol for my overnight in Frankfurt; because of other reviews regarding the area. The Monopol was a reasonable choice. Travelling solo, the single room was on the small side but I had plenty of room for my luggage and was able to have enough floor space to do some yoga. The room and linens were clean. I particularly enjoyed the free mini bar with a couple of bottles of water for me to drink. The hotel also has refreshments for guests from 11 to 6. It was great again to be able to fill my water bottle and not have to buy overpriced water at restaurants or the train station. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. I found the staff friendly and helpful. The only complainant I have was the bed mattress was pretty rock solid and could have been more cushy. The hotel is not far from the river embankment with a strolling path to the old town. I did not find the area to be overly worrisome. Yes there is some riff raft but at no time did I feel unsafe strolling g in the neighbourhood. I would chose this hotel again but I would ask for a softer bed.

This is a 100% honest review. And i will try to write as much to help other Customers who are looking for Hotels to book. I know how hard it is to read Reviews and all, but i hope this will help.
This Hotel has the best service of all! From the Valet Parking, to the Receptionist (who speaks perfect English), to the Room!
ROOM: First impression in entering the room, was.. WOW. IT SMELLS CLEAN AND GOOD! It is big enough for 2. They provided us 2 free Water Bottles, they have Shampoos, Body Soap, and Lotion. The Pillows are Comfortable, Bed is really Big (but don’t expect too much) it is just good enough to sleep. If you’re looking for EXTRA comfort for sleeping, this is not the one for you. They have Airconditioning (which is really important), and it works PERFECT!
BREAKFAST BUFFET: They have wonderful WAITERS AND WAITRESSES! They will go extra mile for you like when you get your Coffee yourself, they will offer to do it for you. It gives a lot of choices when it comes to Food. Their FOOD is superb! I still can’t get over with the Waffles 😅 it is true that it’s a little bit Pricey, but if you’re a Breakfast Person, i would highly recommend you to get this one! 😊
Overall experience, it was excellent!

I am still staying at the hotel and my experience so far has been absolutely horrible. The checkin was so slow and the male receptionist was disinterested for any greetings let alone offering any help with baggage . Sent me through wrong side of the lift and had to take stairs to get to my room it would have been easier if I was advised to take only 3 steps of stairs and the then the lift which opens right outside the room I was allocated. The cleaning standards of the hotel are awful on next level. The room is so dirty , the corners are filthy and the situation under the beds is disgusting. The housekeeper enter your room to verify if you are staying over rather than checking the system at the reception. The cleaners seem bothered when you ask them to refresh your room and they don’t greet you at all. It’s like I always have to remind twice if I need something. Customer service runs in negative not even zero . I made the biggest mistake of choosing this hostel /hotel , I have never experienced this bad hotel in my life. My recommendation, spend a little more and book somewhere where the staff actually wants to work. Well apart from greeted by a lovely lady receptionist on Saturday evening , the day I checked in ,,, nothing is right about my stay.

Work always takes you up to interesting destinations and this time around it was Germany. It seemed like a great stay next to the backyard river with a jogging and cycling track thrown in, had a wonderful time at this great small property with a mini gym and breakfast buffet thrown in. A special mention for the wonderful staff specially Violetta'bajraja' ( I hope I remember her name correctly)at the check in desk which welcomes everyone around with a smile and is always willing to walk the extra mile for the guests, all in all a good property with big rooms and comfortable stay, I wish all it's members a very best for the future endeavours cheers!
The name "belt" is a dedication to the hotel's location in Frankfurt's "Speckgürtel", which is known for its good transport links: a relaxed suburban atmosphere, but close to modern city life, as well as the quiet pace of life in the wine villages of the Taunus. Frankfurt's international airport is also within easy reach. The hotel's design focuses on candy color accents and playful lighting, which creates a friendly living room atmosphere in the open Living Lobby. As a business guest, you'll feel like you're in a cozy home office thanks to co-working tables with connections and high-speed WiFi - but with a rich breakfast buffet. After all, we are a hotel with high standards. So you can get help, tips and even something to eat at our reception at any time of the day or night. You are also welcome to come to the bar and park your car in the hotel parking lot. Pure relaxation is promised by our large patio and sauna. With us you can choose between a normal double room and a premium room with kitchenette - so you are flexible, on a business trip as well as on family vacation. We also have extra beds or baby cribs for children. The modern equipment of the rooms includes Smart TV with Invisible sound system. Look forward to spending relaxing days in great surroundings and visit us at our Holiday Inn - the niu, Belt Frankfurt Eschborn in Eschborn between Frankfurt and Taunus!

Very welcoming staff, large room with minimal amenities and sp****ly furnished. Nice, firm bed and choice of pillows. B/fast is a buffet type with plenty of good quality selections of all types of food, lovely teas in innovative tea mugs with sieve. Unfortunately, the very close motorway feeder roads are really noisy almost 24/7. This is not obvious from Google map and even when I arrived, it seemed all very quiet until I opened the window in my room. The passing cars' noise echos all around. Then to add to this, on Saturday night a nearby open air disco ran a massively noisy head banging music show. The repetitive thumping and crashing noises went on until almost 3 a.m.. Not what I call a hotel with sleep quality. The hot weather made sleeping with a closed window impossible.

Thank you for choosing our Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Frankfurt Airport hotel.
WWdlnd852michaelg2024.06.21
I was in Germany for a meeting and stayed here last night before I fly back home today. It's an airport hotel with a shuttle (more on that below). We arrived back in Frankfurt via the train and made our way to the hotel shuttle pickup in front of Terminal 1B. The sign that lists the hotels that pick up there make not mention of the Vienna house. After a little while, I call the hotel to make sure this is where we are supposed to pick up the shuttle. After 5 calls, the desk picks up and we determine that this is where we are supposed to be. We get to the hotel and go to check in. There are three people/groups trying to check in, and it's not going well. It took us 20 minutes to check in for our reserved hotel room, which is hard to understand. I ask what time we should catch the shuttle in the morning if we want to bet at the airport at 8:30 and the desk clerk just points to a sign on the desk with the shuttle times. We get to our room, which is standing open(?). The queen bed isn't made and has two twin duvets sitting folded on the bed. Okay, I guess this is a DIY project. We go into the bathroom (and I have attached pictures), which clearly has been recently remodeled. The only towel rack is IN the shower. The rest of the towels are sitting on the sink. There's no place to hang our toiletry bag and no place to set toiletries on the sink. The shower is less than 2 feet deep, so when you are showering, there is no way to shower without literally standing in the shower curtain, water getting all over the bathroom (okay, their problem, not mine). Though lacking air conditioning, the room was clean. At this point the hotel would get 3 stars; I'm being generous. We check out and head out to catch the shuttle. The driver eventually pulls up and asks for our ticket (?!?). We explain that last night we just showed our reservation. He says no, we have to have a ticket. We run the hundred yards+ back to the hotel (no the shuttle doesn't pick up in front of the hotel) and to the desk. I tell the them that the driver is demanding a ticket, which until that point no one mentioned. I was told I have to pay for tickets on the shuttle, at which point I say that the reservation that I have says it comes with a free shuttle to the airport. The person at the desk says, no the shuttle from the airport is free, but you have to pay for the shuttle to the airport. I'm not buying this and say no one has mentioned this before, at which point she hands me two tickets to get on the shuttle and I run back and jump on the overpacked shuttle to get to the airport. I have extensively travelled both personally and professionally over the years and this is far and a away the biggest shakedown attempt I have ever experienced. I definitely did not expect it at an airport hotel in Frankfurt owned by Wyndham.

Outstanding
DD@viDOverall good, still room for improvement. Don’t have a fridge in the room, don’t serve bottle water. Room space is slightly small comparing with others
Clean and comfy
GGuest UserLoved this hotel. If we came back to Frankfurt we would stay here again. It’s in a great location that’s walkable to everything. It’s essentially city center and there is a ton to do just outside of your doorstep. The service was perfect, everyone is really friendly and helpful. They offer a nice breakfast in the morning. Hotel always smells fresh and clean. The room is really nice with a comfy bed and big bathroom. This is connected to the moxy hotel and the moxy bar/lounge is open 24/7 which is really cool because it’s set up nicely for if you want to eat, play games, just relax, etc. it’s really easy to get a taxi since they can call one for you or you can use the taxi call machine up by the front desk. Tap once for cash and twice for card payment. Super easy. Just a heads up: sometimes they forget to tell you that your room key controls the electric in the room so if you don’t already know this, don’t panic if nothing works when you get in your room at first. You have to slide one of the room keys in the card holder inside of your room next to the front door and everything turns on. Loved that because it’s a great way to save energy. Full kitchen and utensils, cups, cookware, dishwasher, fridge in room if you want to save on food and cook in your room. They also have laundry available if you need to do laundry which you can get tokens for for a couple euro. I just loved this place and the location.
GGuest UserAll good, close to the city center, a few minutes away from the center of the city,. The room was decent, so was the bathroom. Bed could have been more comfortable though, very hard for my taste. We had some trouble with our credit cards, they got rejected many times even though they were not empty, but I guess thats Germany lol.
DDanielleLocation is perfect, access direct from Airport or from Train station very easy.
Air conditioning a bit old and noisy. Service poor.
Breakfast very good! I would stay again im case of long flight connections.
CChengThe airport hotel is located a few km away. Logistic support was aweful. Several inter-hotel shuttle bus lines serve the area, but there is no schedule in display, nor buses can be identified easily. The pickup point is also unclear. Calling up the hotel for help was a challenge. The general number was never answered without trying reservations. It took several minutes for the answering staff to find out the bus service breaks for a few hours in the afternoon! Checking in was neither very pleasant, making one feels undeserving.
To be fair, the hotel looks brand new and well designed. All amenities, including fitness centre, are available. The general fittings are of quality standard. Breakfast is one of the best, if you don't mind some overcooked hot items.
GGuest UserWe stayed two nights at this hotel. We arrived early from our US flight and the staff was able to get us a room immediately, even though it was a few hours before check-in time. We really appreciated this, since we were all tired after the long flight and had two tired kids in our party. Their breakfast is really good and well stocked and clean. We enjoyed it on both mornings. This hotel is some ways from the airport and it is around 40 Euros one way in a cab or Uber. Romer (city center) is around 10-15 minutes from here (around 12 Euros in Uber). We were able to experience Frankfurt's wonderful Christmas market on 2 days conveniently from this hotel. The best part about this hotel was the staff. They were really welcoming, helpful, professional and took pride in their jobs. Every interaction with the front desk was awesome and the lady who manages the breakfast area was working very hard to keep the area clean and the food well stocked. Kudos to the staff of this hotel! We did notice two small issues with this hotel. One issue is that there's no restaurants or groceries nearby. It seems like an industrial area. To mitigate this, the hotel does have Pizza available in the evenings. The second issue was that the rooms were too warm. Since AC is not on during winters, the only option to make the room temperature more acceptable was to open the windows, which made the room noisy because of cars driving fast in the street nearby. The blankets provided were more like comforters and so we couldn't use them at all. The hotel should find a way to fix this issue. In all, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely consider it, if we plan to spend time closer to the city center.
SSmileBoy77It was my first time going abroad alone. The meeting was next to the airport, so I chose this hotel.
The hotel is about a 25-minute walk from Terminal 1 of Frankfurt Airport. You can take the Hotel shuttle on the arrival floor after leaving the airport. It is free, but it costs 6 euros to go from the hotel to the airport.
The hotel does not provide disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. There is an Asian restaurant and an Italian restaurant opposite, as well as a Rewe supermarket to meet daily needs.
The windows and doors of the hotel are very thick and soundproof. You can't hear the sound of planes taking off and landing when the windows are closed.
9924653123The hotel is still pretty new, located just behind the Frankfurt fair. We booked premium room, upon check in they recognise my Gha discovery status which is a plus. We booked king room but got twin room instead. The front office guy first informed us that there was no more room available. But an Asian front office guy who has seem more experience could manage to get us another room. He also solved the problem with our reservation, as eventhough we booked 1 room and received only 1 confirmation as it appears in the GHA app, it appears 2 reservation in their system. The room is clean, the rustic factory design room interior is probably not my taste but not an issue. What bothers me was the AC didn’t work properly. The room has a large window, even as the AC was set on high, it was still warmer than the corridor outside the room. Breakfast was good, we also went to the outdoor bar, which was very cozy and has a good non alcoholic gin menu.
GGuest UserI spent 3 nights in the hotel. The hotel is located in the middle of Frankfurt Station, which certainly is not one of the best and safest quarters of the city (smut, homelessness, drugs, crime). I have booked the hotel consciously despite the location (it has a good connection), but was very frightened and surprised by the lack of security in the hotel: any street passant can easily reach the hotel rooms progress because neither the staircase nor the train have secure access. My room was quite unpleasant (pleases on the wallpapers, very soft mattresses, no mattress savers) and simple/cheaply furnished, which is not surprising at the price, and very bright. However, I was surprised to have the lack of cleanliness: hair on the ground, thick dust layers on the footbars, light switches and Co. water spots on armatures, shower wall, dirty toilet ... Unfortunately my friendly request has been made for the The first night, cleaning the room again thoroughly, nothing brought. My experience with the staff was growing: My cleaning request was very friendly received by the morning porter. The evening porter, who was responsible for receipt and making factures, was completely unprofessional, over-charged and unfriendly. I would NOT recommend a night in this hotel, as I felt both awful and not safe at all.
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located close to Frankfurt central station. Rooms are basic, but clean and comfy. Recommended for a one night stay. Neighborhood a bit dodgy, requested for a room not facing the road; was quite. Bathroom clean and modern.
