衞生方面，我實在無語，看圖，偶遇蟑螂一家子，已經故去的爺爺，剛剛出來的孫子，還有張狂遛彎的中間一代😂😂😂💦床軟軟的，很舒服，就是沒有床頭燈，很不方便，起夜要到門口開燈。
環境，步行去清暉園很方便。
服務，小姐姐態度很好，我家帶迷你泰迪，離開了後説阿姨做衞生很辛苦，要加收30塊，説到處是狗毛，泰迪根本不掉毛，小姐姐幫忙和房東和阿姨反應溝通，後來説不收了！而且給的入住指引和交通很詳細，比我在廈門雙子塔住的一家公寓詳細太多了，贊👍
設施，説實話，我覺得這個日式真的是金玉其外，😂接受無能，不如做些細節讓居住更方便。衞生間浴室門是壞的，洗澡一地水，什麼時候可以修好呀，真的是太影響心情了。一次性浴巾也要收費，配的浴巾和毛巾很薄。
總體而言，我不是他們的目標客羣。

入住要在樓下給保安登記，以民宿的角度來説略麻煩。
位置不錯，附近就是華蓋路，停車的話是5塊錢一小時，每天30塊封頂
房間投影不太得行，勉強能用的水準
廚房有股味，希望房東好好看看咋回事
其他都挺不錯的，挑不出啥問題

感受一些放鬆，裏面有衣服適合拍照，有書適合看，讓人覺得蠻温馨的，尤其是一些裝飾品，這裡會放心讓大家使用，而這種信任，就是一種信任服務，來的路上有點難找，給了一些指引，孩子在屋裡很開心，玩石頭，在沙發上看書，恩，而且沒有蚊子

位置很方便，出門不遠就是清暉園，樓下附近吃的很多，停車也方便雖然是收費的但是不算太貴。房子收拾的很乾凈，各處都有温馨提示的小紙條。準備了卸粧水化粧棉消毒水這些很貼心，唯一覺得影響住宿體驗的是蟑螂有點多，對於北方人看蟑螂還是不能很淡定

我覺得真的很棒啊，房東小姐姐貼心地準備了好多生活用品，甚至卸粧水化粧棉都有！還準備了一次性的馬桶坐墊、棉簽、酒精噴霧等等等等，入住的時候甚至能看到上一位住客退房之後的床品全部已經清洗好晾在陽台了，也沒有任何別的味道。位置正市中心，對面就是清暉園，好吃的都離得不遠，真是太棒啦！

總體還是不錯的，東西很齊全，房東也很貼心的告知一系列的事項，被子很軟很舒服，就是可能沒有曬到太陽所以有點潮濕的味道，洗手間的淋浴挺好的，除了沒有門，水比較容易濺在地上，洗手枱的下水比較慢，其他都還可以。

房子很好看，拍攝的東西還挺全，貌似住的是大良的中心地帶，樓下就有家腸粉店的早餐不錯，來了順德就吃吃吃吃，這個頓數不夠嚴重不夠
