"On my 9th stay at the Swiss-Belhotel Hengan, I once again enjoyed their five-star service. We booked a two-night, three-day twin room, and when the hotel learned we were traveling with a child, they thoughtfully upgraded us to a business room free of charge. The room was spacious enough for our child to play happily, and they even provided kid's amenities. We were also touched that the hotel provided a capsule coffee machine, making it convenient to enjoy coffee in the room! For the past few years, whenever I have the chance, I love staying at this hotel right on my doorstep. It's conveniently located, has a beautiful environment, offers attentive service, and pays attention to details. The photo in figure 3, taken from the window in the room, turned out amazing! Definitely deserves a five-star rating! 👍👍👍"

"Everything perfect with some shortfall, room clean, spacious space, wc and shower room nice, bathtub nice to have a hot soak, but room seems less privacy and cannot open curtain because can see through from outside as it is garden view room, its a smart inteligent room but without night lamp, when close lights then all dark, try to controll ac for a pleasant temperature but its too chill, checkin process is fast, staff no understand english bit with so professional and nice attitude. With some shortfall still a nice place to stay and will come again. Wrote all in reviews just to help management to look after it"

"I've never been so desperate to give a hotel a bad review. It was an absolutely terrible night. This is a complete subway hotel! The trains rumbled by with a dense, rhythmic, thunder-like sound that didn't stop until around 00:15 in the middle of the night! I thought I could finally get some quiet sleep, but then I discovered this hotel has serious design flaws. The shower pipes are almost zero soundproofed, so when someone showered upstairs in the middle of the night, we downstairs suffered from the constant gushing noise! Conversations in the hallway were also perfectly clear. The subway officially starts at 6 AM, but in reality, trains were already running before 5:30 AM! I got no sleep all night, then was woken up again early in the morning – a night of torture that left me with frayed nerves… The family room, costing 650, was barely 20 square meters, so small you'd bump into things just walking around. When I pulled out the hairdryer, a used tissue came out with it… I was speechless! I want to give zero points for everything. The only 3 points go to the staff; this hotel has serious flaws, but the employees are the only normal ones… they are innocent…"

"Definitely worth a stay in this city., lucky to got an upgrade to this room. at my arrival~ The bed is comfy, with both soft and harder pillow being provided. The breakfast comes with a fantastic range of choice, even have wontun noodles and congees freshly made for customers. I also love that they had vanity kits prepared for ladies. Overall, i think it’s a must-stay hotel if you have just the right amount of budget! A good hotel really ease a lot of worries and make my trip perfecto 😍 That said, i wish a foldable mirror could be provided so i don’t have to do my makeup in the bathroom😭"
