Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Duluth by the Mall

Very nice hotel, conveniently located and the staff at the front desk are super friendly and accommodating, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely will stay again!! A+

In keeping with our plans to not make reservations on this trip, it almost bit us in the butt in Duluth. As is the norm for us, we toured the area, then went online to check reviews for the ones that we were interested in. Apparently something was going on in Duluth ...... oh oh. We lucked out and from this Days Inn, and as luck had it, we got a great little room that was very clean. The service at the front desk was great and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast the next morning.

The stay was alright but there were definitely several marks on the sheets when my wife checked for bed bugs, not to say it was bed bugs, it was just uncomfortable. Regardless, she went to the front desk to ask for a sheet change but the front desk clerk was the only one there. My wife was given new sheets for us to change as there was no housekeeping left, alternatively, to change rooms. We didn’t want to move as we had settled in for the evening. We just thought it was very unprofessional to simply give us the sheets and expect us to change it ourselves.

Came to Duluth for Christmas shopping for a couple days. Have stayed at this property before and it’s always been a little “tired”. And a tad too expensive for what you get but it’s close to mall and on edge of town. But this stay prompted me to go to the work of doing a review. Silly money. Stupidly small bathroom just a wore out facility. People are nice enough

I give it a 4 because the handicapped room was way way back from the front desk. Otherwise it was fine. Room was clean and quiet. I was too late getting out for the breakfast so can not rate that. Thanks for not not not putting in a high bed like so many places have done!

The rooms are clean but the hotel is a nice place and it's really close to different stores.the only thing that would be great to upgrade are the mattresses they are some what uncomfortable cause they are sink in from the middle maybe cause they might be to old

Visiting friends in Duluth, needed one night out of the house but still in the area. Online search found lots of cool expensive tourist options, which I didn’t need Was pleased to find this. Clean, convenient, friendly, good beds, satisfying breakfast, reasonable price.

Made a stressful stay a more pleasant one. Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, good breakfast, and very helpful. One less thing to worry about on our trip.

I would not recommend….. we had cockroaches in our bedroom…. it was disgusting….. they were under the refrigerator and who else knows where they were and one of the ladies at the front desk was not very understanding but the other employees were very nice
