Pros - large room - value for money - location Cons - the front desk staff didn't assist me even Im the one came to the desk first and I have to stand aside as his attention was on the other guests whose coming behind me. - unstable internet connection, it keeps disconnecting most of the time. - it get noisy at times like when someone using the washroom on the above floor you can hear the water on the drainage, sound from the club and people passing by the corridor. - old room vibe, the room needs renovation. - bathroom was fine but the toilet seat was not totally clean I saw some pee droplets and hairs so I have to wipe it myself. - the remote was not clean for a long time, Im not even sure if I want to touch that remote. - theres like 3 channels that are not working (see photo).

Good value for money with good size room. Air-conditioned, wifi, hot water all super. Location good because near Union Station. Shopping mall, supermarket, and restaurants all near. Special thanks to front desk Ms. Tharini who was cheerful, helpful and professional.

Location is not good accessible to metro station although it is nearby, because the road is not even if you have luggage to pull. Of course it is convenient if you don’t have bigger bags. It is nearby airport and a metro station It’s also a surprise that the hotel has a shuttle service to a shopping mall if you’re keen to shop Overall the hotel is worthy of money. However the class of 5 star is misleading in terms of overall standard of the hotel Thanks Thanks Breakfast is favourable to Korean . It seems not a 5 star hotel standard in terms of the breakfast if you’re not a Korean. Service is good and outside is not

Check-in is slow. High cost performance, good location, close to the subway station, located between the city and the airport. Good breakfast and more choices. Extra beds are available in the room. There is a mosque next to the room, and religious music is played regularly, as is the morning, as shown in Figure 1. It is convenient to eat nearby, as shown in Figure 2.

The room was clean, no smell. The air conditioner was cold. The bathroom is clean and there is always hot water. The hotel is very close to Exit B of the Union subway station. After crossing the overpass, it takes about 5 minutes to walk. There is a big shopping mall next to it. It is more convenient to eat. To the airport, you can take the C01 bus at any time, 3 dirhams, you can go to the airport Go to the Deira business district and walk for 1 to 2 kilometers, which can basically cover all of it. Because Union is a two-line subway entrance, it is also easy to go to dubai mall
