This hotel is on an island. If you come to Dubai for the first time, it is not recommended. The environment and general public facilities are not in good condition.

It's a fast hotel, very average, one side is facing the main street, the noise is huge, you can't sleep, choose carefully if you don't sleep well, the breakfast is average, and the price is not low.

I stayed here on my first visit to Dubai. It was my first time in Dubai so I was a bit worried, but I was able to stay there without any problems. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but that wasn't a problem. There are shops nearby and you can get anything you need right away, so it's very convenient. However, when I asked if they could print something, they said they couldn't make color copies. If you have something you want to print, it's better to do it in advance in Japan. (There is a friendly print store nearby, though.)

It was a spring bed, very soft, and very bad at night. There was a disco in the hotel. I asked the hotel and the front desk to change the room, which was slightly better. The clothes hanger was independent in the wardrobe, and it cost 10 dirhams per piece to dry clothes. The hotel should be relatively old, and the facilities are relatively old. It is estimated that there is a subway station, and it is also close to restaurants and convenience stores.

Honestly, I read several negative and positive comments but I decided to stay at this hotel because of the price and location. The price was very good and the quality was high. It is a very well located hotel near the Rigga metro station, there are many shops and restaurants nearby and obviously the parking service must be paid for the location. The breakfast was excellent for the price with variety and the essentials. Check in was quick, you must leave 200 aed or ID as support until your check out in case you damage something, it is understandable. The staff is very attentive and professional. I had no problems with noise, the room was large with everything I needed. I like that it has 3 elevators and you don't have to wait long. It really beats many expensive hotels. I recommend it and would return again, it is an ideal hotel for couples and tourists who want to explore Dubai. Thank you for your hospitality

5-7mins from metro, quite close but still not easy to walk during summer. Not very close to main attractions(different zone) Service was good. They upgraded our room to sweet-room which was sweet. Pool is currently under construction(remodeling). I could use holiday Inn pool instead but limited time only. There was quite loud noise during the night, I was staying at 4th floor. I didn’t mind much but anybody can’t sleep with little noise, probably stay either 1st floor or not here. Breakfast was fine. Nice 4 star hotel.
