Good room. Housekeeping service was good. Reception staff was helpful. The only problem was very far from metro station. The hotel should arrange for pickup and drop at airport or from metro station. Enjoyed my stay.

My husband and I went for a work related in Deira Dubai and we decided to stay in Fortune Pearl Hotel for 3 nights, since we check in we didn’t see anyone smile until check out. We booked for Queen bed with City view but when we checked in, the receptionist guy said there is no room available with city view and they said that they will check on next day and inform us but on the next day no one update us. There is club in 5 floor which is so much noise of music from 10 PM to 4 AM in the morning. We want to use swimming pool so we ask to the reception which floor of the swimming pool but no one informed us that swimming pool is closed after getting there one of the lifeguard said the pool is closed. It was a worst stay we couldn’t have good rest, the facilities are not working and the staff are not follow up their job.

I find this hotel neat and clean. All repairs are done on time and facilities are shining. But what I value the most is Customer Support. All the hotel staff has exceptional high standards to treat visitors (in the restaurant, reception, any other person in the hotel). Thanks to Mr Bikash Tharu for always keeping my room cozy and bringing homely vibes.

The hotel offers great amenities, including a well-maintained pool, which was a highlight for relaxation. However, the most impressive aspect was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making me feel right at home. Despite being on a very tight budget, I felt I received five-star treatment. + friendly staff + windows did not face the road, the room was quiet + close to the subway - We were put in a room with one bed for smokers, although I had booked a room with two beds in a non-smoking room, at check-in they did not warn us that we would be put in such a room and did not offer any other options, I had to go down and find out why we were put in such a room; the floor where the room was located also smelled of smoke - The next day we were moved to the room as I had booked, but the refrigerator did not freeze there, we contacted the reception - no result. - A piece of clothing was missing from the room where we slept the first night, we searched everything and even contacted the reception - it was not found. - The hotel has an option to order additional amenities in the room, in the evening we ordered a toothbrush, but it was never brought. - Monotonous breakfasts - Once there was a couple smoking at breakfast (indoors) and they were not kicked out - Smoking is allowed on the roof where the pool is located - On the hotel website stated free shuttle to the beach - at the reception said that there is no shuttle to the beach, only to the shopping centers We stayed at the hotel for a week. If you're a smoker or not bothered by the smell, probably you'll be fine.

I had an amazing one night stay at the QE2 - as a Brit now living in Austrália the QE2 has a special place in my heart - never as a Cunard ship could I have afforded travelling to New York - now I could and the ship is sparkling - the renovation is fantastic throwing you back to the heyday of her life - the service was fantastic the food and drink authentic and worth the stay! Pleasant stay. Comfy beds and furniture. Everything was good. Have requested for late check out and they were kind enough to allow me to stay extra 2 hours from the normal check out time of 12 pm. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel was amazing for its views of course! Everything was great, the staff was nice. I didn’t get a chance unfortunately to discover the amenities. And the only negative thing was that I had to wait 2 hours for the breakfast I ordered, which is insane.

Our stay was exceptional, we got a free room upgrade, the room was fairly clean, it is one of the best hotels for the price. The only gripe i had was the valet service, this is not the first stay for me in this hotel, the valet service was slower than usual as a matter of fact on the third day i waited half a hour for my car, every time a new car turns up they asked me wither it was my car or not so i told them my plate number and it still took a while till my car showed up, i kept asking what was the issue and they always replied that the car is coming.
