Amazing clean and beautiful hotel with wide spacious rooms. Everything was top notch.

I was lucky to check in this hotel, my room is a one-bedroom suite which is located at the upper floor. First of all, the services are warm, effective and professional. All staff take great care about the guests'needs and try to solve any problems. Very quick to response and understand vere well the exact demands of the guests. There are varied resturants nearby, seafood, cafe, Mcdonalds, Burger King, Arabic food and etc. Facilities are new and well-maintained, mattresses, bed sheets, comformters(duvets), pillows are comfortable. For my room, the most important is spacious. If I feel exhausted owing to jet leg or walking too much per day, then my room is a perfect place for relax. I was hurry to check out on Feb 29, unfortunately I forgot to grab the fruit knife stored in reception. My room number is 1412, the luggage storage tag is 03209. Absolutely amazing. This was actually our second choice hotel as our first choice was booked out but i am very happy we chose to stay here. From the moment we entered the staff are so welcoming and friendly and do all they can to help you and make you feel comfortable. This place is amazing close to everything prime location. The cleanliness of this hotel is superb with amazing suites, fabulous air conditioning great wifi connectivity and big tv screens in the rooms. Our room was amazing i wish we could have stayed longer. I will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Doha. Keep up the good work.

Just a short ride from Hamad International Airport ($5 Uber) and another short ride to the Al Corniche Street area to see many sites ($3 Uber) is this incredible Holiday Inn, I have never experienced a Holiday Inn like this before. Very reasonably priced that includes breakfast , a breakfast that you would see in high end restaurants, the staff is spot on and easy to communicate with, taking the time to talk and explain in detail your every concerns. The conversation always ends in a “ no problem sir” for example: I have a late flight leaving Doha today, asked for a late check out “no problem sir” asked at breakfast if I may return for breakfast after sitting for coffee “no problem sir” I was going to jot down names of the people who helped me….. everyone that I spoke with helped me! No need to look for any other hotels, this place is it. Many options for food and drinks on site, exercise facilities are immaculate, pool is inviting and the rooms are spacious.

We had an amazing time here, it was 5 stars! It was immaculately clean and designed. I was at peace because there was a Quran and prayer mat in our room, there's a Qatari vibe to the hotel; architecture, smell (smells gorgeous), staff. The staff are very attentive and theres a quick service. Breakfast was perfect, we had dinner and in room dining service which was perfect and special. We used the gym ( excellent exercise machines) , rooftop pool was perfect with private shower rooms. The spa was amazing, we had a couples hammam. The only thing I'm not sure about is, wether guests can use the sauna and steam rooms as they are in the spa, we got to use it because we were clients there. We also loved the segregation in the spa. It was perfect, we wish we stayed longer, it felt like home, we will visit again in sha Allah. We booked 2 hotels; after we moved to St Regis and missed Steinberger so much, out of both hotels we loved Steinberger and wanted to return. Steinberger scored way better than a well-known hotel resort. Thankyou for taking care of us.

In the past 4 months, I accompanied my children to go abroad for a continuous competition and circled the earth. This apartment hotel in Doha feels the best and most memorable. The room is on the 43rd floor, with a large area of more than 50 square meters. Both walls are floor-to-ceiling windows and the sight is very good. Although it is not close to the sea and is somewhat blocked by the high-rise buildings in front of it, you can still see the Persian Gulf. There are no high-rise buildings outside the floor-to-ceiling windows on the other side, the city view and road conditions are unobstructed, and you can also see the National Grand Mosque and the football World Cup stadium. The breakfast buffet is very rich and the environment is very good. I made it myself at noon and evening. I bought the ingredients at Carrefour in the largest local shopping center in a quarter of an hour's walk. I made it with the induction cooker and microwave in the room. It was very pleasant to enjoy the food while enjoying the view from the window. The Voco Apartment Hotel in Doha is the best in all aspects of the 8 hotels in four countries in the past four months.

OK, so based on reviews etc decided to stay here even though I am a Marriott Bonvoy loyalty member. Arrived at 6am and was not expecting a room for early check-in but if you don't ask then you will not know. Walked up to checkin counter, no greeting what so ever. Asked if it was possible to checkin early and he said no and that they are totally full. No occupancy left. I said OK fair enough. I said I wanted to pay for breakfast for 2 adults for 6 nights so wanted to go eat breakfast at that time. They said it would be 150 QAR each per day. I said I had an email from the reservations team that it was 115. They said no that was wrong and not sure why reservations would say that. Asked to speak with manager who arrived promptly. Told him that I was told to checkin later at 2pm but wanted to clarify breakfast costs. He told me to sort breakfast costs out direct with restaurant but he said he can give me a room straight away at 6am (even though it was an upgraded room which I know it was not). So for a hotel that was at full capacity that now had rooms available was appreciated. Went to room, left luggage then headed to breakfast to pay for 2 adults. Lady there said it was 150 per couple! So now, 3 different prices but as I got it at the cheapest version I went with that, LOL. OK, so the breaskfast is crap. Cold food sorry to say but really a breakfast spread...more just cold stuff, continental....and you can get eggs/waffles, avocado/toast. Bakes beans cold, halloumi cold, mushrooms on one day stone cold. Me and my wife were vegetarian (no egg either) so limited in options. The managers Anuj and specially Reda did pull it out of the bag and got us hash browns and parathas when we asked but not sure why these sort of options have to be requested. Normally, what you pay is what you get but at 115 each (around £25 each the breakfast is crap). It was only because Expedia was going to re-imburse me that we went for breakfast, otherwise we would have gone to the vegan cafes opposite - Mylk or EverGreens). The rooms, nothing special. Clean but weighing scales not working, TV channels crap and water leaking from shower area into bathroom area so had to block it off with a towel. Location is OK...opposite a good shopping mall, but to be honest I would just pay a little more and stay at the Marriott which is linked to the Mall. Now this is where the pain was. Whenever we wanted to leave the hotel and go to the Gate Mall next door we would have to get off at floor 2, walk across the lobby to catch another lift to get to the ground floor. Our key card did not allow us to go all the way down to the ground floor from our room floor. Security told me to get access from the reception. I asked Mohammed at reception if I could get that and he said that option was only available for long stay guests and because we were there for ONLY 6 nights it would not be possible to arrange that. I told him that was useless and he could not care less

Travelled with kids to Doha, we really enjoyed staying in this property for 16 nights. Beautiful and clean hotel with wonderful swimming pool and sport facilities. Very spacious rooms with amazing kitchen. The breakfast was good amd lots variety. The club lounge was very nice and great selections of food and drinks. The staff is the best all of them, they do everything to make your stay comfortable and happy. Special thanks to the hotel front desk managers both Mr Ali & Ali (you both made our stay great) much appreciated. Also Gagan from the front desk and Noufal and all his lovely & friendly colleagues at the main entrance (you guys were the best). Will definitely come back again next visit to Doha.

The room is clean and has a huge balcony. Pictures 1-4 are inside the room, Pictures 5-7 are the street view of Pearl Island taken from the balcony, Picture 8 is the beach near the hotel, and Picture 9 is breakfast. One more thing, with this kind of room structure layout, bathrooms and shower rooms are more suitable for sliding doors.
