We arrived around 3pm and was told there was no water but it would be on by 6pm. Water was not restored until 10pm. No offer of discount, refund and barely an apology. 4+ hours with no water to flush toilet is unacceptable. We should have been informed prior to or at check-in and offered a refund. Room was fairly clean. Previous guest managed to mess up the coffee maker. When we made coffee, grounds went everywhere.

BE AWARE! Checked in around 9 pm, went to my room and put my belongings in the room. Went to my vehicle, came back, and found the housekeeping woman (?) (no uniform) and a 11-13 yr old girl coming out of my room. I asked what were they doing in my room. She replied, “I spray in your room.” I went in my room and 45 mins later there was a knock at my door. I looked through the peep hole and there was a large Hispanic male holding something black in his hand. Couldn’t tell what it was. He knocked again and I-opened the door (I am a tall strong man). He said your tv no work. He was accompanied by a 20ish female. I told him my tv is fine and closed the door. I never asked for assistance with anything in my room. If I was a woman I would have left. But they may only do this to men, if you get what I mean. Something is going on at this hotel.

This hotel needs major update. Doors in hallway were peeling paint or varnish. The fabric sofas in breakfast area had stains all over them. Tables had not been wiped clean from previous day. Dead locusts in hall. Toilet was really low, like for a child, not a full grown adult. Breakfast was cheese omelet, dry turkey sausage, hard biscuits with gravy, usual other stuff. Bed & pillows were comfy. Shade over window was repaired with duct tape. AC worked ok. Would never stay here again. We made reservations at last minute cuz Hampton was sold out of king bedrooms. Mistake.

My wife and I stayed here one night before visiting LBJ Grassland. Staff wasn't particularly friendly at check in, but the room was pretty nice. It was clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Breakfast in the morning was pretty good and the location is convenient with access to US-287. I might stay here again if in the area.

We 5 were there for the PPN Patriot Rodeo this past Sat/SU in Bowie. It was a fantastic event, and We enjoyed all the speakers and main Rodeo event on Sat Night. Sunday had an anointed church service and great speakers for several hours. Never been prior to Bowie/Decatur but fully enjoyed Your Hotel accommodations and excellent/varied breakfast Sū Morning before heading back out to the Rodeo grounds. All personnel were helpful and no complaints whatsoever.

We stayed in Weatherford, Texas for my daughters wedding. It was close to everything. We had some bad weather and tornado warnings. After a longs day it was nice to come back and relax. The best pillows, mattress and bedding in any hotel I've ever stayed!!!!

They put us in a newly renovated room, but it was a little too new. The TV had not been hooked up yet, the soap was not in the shower, the coffee pot was missing, and the deodorizer had not dissipated making the strong smell overbearing. I notified the front desk of the problem and they quickly gave us a different room. After that, everything was excellent, as we have come to expect.

No warm food. Supposedly the oven is broken. Pool is closed as well as hot tub. Even the fitness center is closed. Cheap owners trying to maximize profits??? Or just lazy to repair anything. Come on a least fix stuff to get up to normal standards.
