Like all hotels, the experience depends in part on the room, your neighbors and your needs. We did hear some loud children through wall from room behind our bed, but once I made some noise or said something loud, they got the point and that ceased. Despite that one or two nights of brief disturbance, we loved the hotel, including its central location, staff who helped us whenever we asked, updated bathrooms, efficient room layout, and small number of rooms per floor keeps the noise down since long halls cause people to talk, holler or even run loudly when you're sleeping. So this room offers a great experience. We'd love to come back.

Hotel was clean. Staff was wonderful all around. No room service but you can order and pick up. Only had appetizers and they were ok. Pricey from Tamo. Breakfast at Alure was excellent. Had coffee and breakfast sandwich at Cafe kiosk. Was surprisingly good. Used Uber/Lyft when needed. Felt safe walking but only did so during daylight. Would book again. Pricey but worth it.

Great stay, good location. Close to stop 7 on the trolley tour. It might be because of the state or hotel but the incidentals and resort fee are particularly higher than any other state we’ve travelled to. Something to be aware of if you’re an international tourist.

The Hotel lobby is beautiful! The front desk staff was amazing. We “upgraded” to a King Suite. The entire “first floor” (one level above the lobby) is very dark. The room was large but it wasn’t clean. The carpet in the hall and in the room was dirty. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was not clean and there was no soap. I had to find a housekeeper to ask for soap, shampoo etc. I think because we booked through a third party vendor they give you the worst rooms. Reminded me of the movie the titanic- we were in the steerage area of the hotel or the oldest - probably haunted part of the hotel. That said, Amazing location!! I would book here again for sure!

The room is relatively new and spacious, and the toilet looks clean. They may have noticed that I consume a lot of coffee, so they gave me a few more the next day. The location is very close to Chinatown, a 3-minute walk, which is suitable for Chinese stomachs. There are also many shopping malls around, which is very suitable as a stop when leaving the United States.

We cannot wait to return to The Langham! We were lucky to be greeted by Alisha who not only got us checked in to our room a pinch early, but gave us fantastic lobster recommendations! The friendly, helpful service was the cherry on top of an incredibly beautiful, comfortable hotel. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed, the beds are comfortable and housekeeping kept everything so tidy. Every employee we encountered was pleasant, opening doors and pushing elevator buttons for us when they could. One of the best stays we've ever had, making our first trip to Boston just fabulous! We will be back!

Although we booked a lower tier room, we ended up on the 10th floor with a view away from downtown. After recent renovations, the room was modern and clean. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower and good lighting. The hotel is located at one end of a luxury mall with expensive stores. This was helpful for being able to walk around without braving the cold wet weather outside. The staff were friendly and helpful. Be aware that guests are charged a $25 amenities fee that becomes credit towards food and beverages at the hotel; this forces you to spend money for some overpriced food; however the food was good. Parking is also overpriced at $69 per night. You can park at the mall for about $50 paying by the hour. There are many good restaurants in the area and it is a reasonable walk to Boston Commons. It’s a good place to stay near the center of the city, but factor in the expensive extras when you are comparing hotels. We would stay there again.

GGuest UserIt was a quick trip, I didn't get checked in until 3am and left out @9 am. The room was very clean. I was able to grab a quick bagel thanks to the free breakfast buffet. My car was waiting for me and my bag was place in my car by the attendant. Once I was home checking my emails I realized my stay was prorated and I was not charged a full day. I really appreciate them for noticing and applying the credit. I will be choosing Embassy Suites for future trips to Boston.

The rooms are smaller (think Europe) but get over that quick and you are central in the Theater District! We absolutely loved the place! Super charming and clean!! I imagine this was once an apartment building or hostel but now they turned it chic and cool. We will definitely return!! Thanks Moxy.

HHeatherLocation of the hotel couldn’t be beat! It was within walking distance to almost every highlight of Boston. Typically we pick a place to stay with free breakfast but there weren’t many to choose from for the location we wanted. Our room didn’t have a view but that’s to be expected in a downtown area. Also would’ve been nice to have a hot tub or something to sit in at the end of the night.
Only random complaint I have was actually the size of the bathroom. This might be a weird thing to complain about but I think because the bathroom was so large and didn’t seem to be heated well and when I did try to take a bath (yes I bathe in hotel bathtubs) it got cold very quickly. 
I was disappointed they don’t have all ADA accommodations. The captioning didn’t work for half of the television shows, there were no flashing lights or doorbell for my husband who is deaf. I understand the building is old but it seemed like some of those things probably could be added.
We didn’t interact with the staff much. We kept our privacy door hanger at the whole time so I can’t anything about housekeeping except the room was clean when we arrived. Overall the stay was good for the cost. And we would definitely pick this hotel again simply for the location.

Eechong_2000LOCATION: excellent location with easy access to all major areas in Boston. Merely 7-8 minutes walk to the Red Line Andrews station (only 2 and 3 stations away from South Station and Downtown Crossing respectively).
ROOM: very spacious (which is very important and very rare among hotels in Boston) and clean with huge bed and comfy pillows. We had kitchenette and a fridge in our room which suits us perfectly. There is also laundry room and gym on ground floor. Both the environment and the room were very quiet and we never experienced any noise.
BREAKFAST: while we noted some negative feedback about the breakfast in previous reviews, we, however, enjoyed the breakfast very much, with good selections for our needs. I especially enjoyed making the waffle every morning.
STAFF: very helpful and friendly and responsive
PRICE: excellent value for money and we will surely stay in this hotel again if we ever visit Boston again.

GGuest UserI stayed here one night during both my trip from El Paso, Texas to Rockland, Maine (stopping overnight in Boston) and again on my way back. It isn't a fancy hotel but it is a great ”commuter” hotel. Despite it being right next to the airport, I never really heard anything during my first stay when my room was at the front of the building (Room #312), and was only faintly aware of the planes taking off on the second night when my room was on the backside of the building (Room #213). The rooms were impeccably clean (even the windows which were crystal clear) and comfortable. The bed was ”comfy cozy”, and the shower was the BEST I have ever had in a hotel. The personnel were friendly and efficient. Ryan, at the front desk was especially understanding and helpful in getting my boarding passes for the next day's flight printed for me (I'm a ”senior” and go old school in wanting printed paper boarding passes). I would also like to give a special ”shout out” to my shuttle driver, Carolyn, who was especially outgoing and friendly (while still maintaining a constant watch on traffic). Speaking of the shuttle, they were very helpful and spot on when giving me directions as to how to get from my arrival gate at the airport to the spot where their bus would pick me up, and the bus arrived within the time frame they promised. Because of my experience with this hotel, I will be booking the Hilton Garden Inn at Sky Harbor Airport North in Phoenix for my ”stop over” nights during my Hawaii trip next spring.

Home to many well-known colleges, the arcs of the American Revolution, and everything that’s unique to the New England region of America. Tourists, college families, and businessmen flock the old fashion streets from many competitive accommodations in the Boston area. The Kimpton Nine Zero Hotel is a Boutique Luxury Hotel located razor close to the Boston Common. Given the mixed reviews I read before my stay, I was quite skeptical about staying at this hotel. I could have chosen any other hotel like my comfort brand the InterContinental, but I was on budget and couldn’t use my Ambassador Complimentary Weekend Night there. Therefore, I decided to risk it by staying here for my two nights in Boston. My first ever trip to Boston took place between September 29th to October 1st. As the Diamond Elite Ambassador Member, I booked the 1 King Premium Room, but was later upgraded upon arrival to the 1 King Premium Skyline Corner View Room upon my arrival. The room costed $660 for two nights after a deduction of my Ambassador Complimentary Weekend Night Voucher. After a quick subway ride from Logan Airport, I made the 10 minute walk to the hotel from the State Station. After walking into the casual, posh, yet vibrant hotel lobby, I was welcomed by Liz. Liz briefed me on my room upgrade, the Kimpton hotel features such as the Better Sorts Social Club restaurant, and the daily hotel traditions at Kimpton like the Morning Coffee Table or Social Wine Hour. I had a very nice experience checking-in with Liz. Down the cozy looking hall, through the posh elevator, up 15 levels is my room 1605. As mentioned it the Skyline View Corner Premium King Room. The size of the room is at 350 SQFT or 32 SQM. To me it is a room size comfortably sufficient for two people. In this corner room when you enter the door is the minibar table and bathroom containing a Toto Toilet, Sink, and Spa Shower with Atelier Bloem Shower Supplies. Through the wooden floored hallways is a nice closet, followed by the bedroom itself. The bedroom contains the Comfortable King Bed, an oversized desk, a TV, a leather chair and ottoman. The corner view shows the Boston Common on one angle, and the other shows Paul Revere’s Graveyard. The overall design of the room is like a cozy modern study hall, except with the hotel room features. I do like this room and its features. One thing to improve on for future reference is to start replacing the COVID-era plastic cups at the sinks with real glass cups. I think that’s something the hotel should do to bring it a step towards absolute perfection. Making sure your stay is up to your perception of perfection would be the Assistant General Manager Michael. Micheal is not someone I actually met in person, rather he (or someone who relives him on off-shift hours) hides behind a cellphone standing by as your asynchronous butler via text message. ZZILIThis Indigo should have just been renovated last year, and Apple's own map shows Holiday Choice. I have stayed a lot at Intercontinental / Crown / Holiday / Smart Choice. This is my first time staying at Indigo. Some places around are under maintenance and a little messy, but there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Get a staple drink for breakfast, a small portion and a bad attitude.
There is no garden around this hotel. Why is it called Garden? Because next to TD Garden, which is also the home field of basketball and ice hockey teams, concerts are also held, the price changes a lot, there are often no rooms when there are activities, and it is noisy after leaving at night. It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel.
Unfortunately, when I checked in, it was 5 ° C outside, and I changed to the fourth room to heat up. When your room has a small air conditioner as shown in Figure 4, the large air conditioner is likely to be bad, and the small air conditioner may also be bad, much colder than the hallway. The front desk will let people repair it. (Fake decoration) If it is not repaired, it will help you to change. The attitude is good, but I suspect that they already know which rooms have bad air conditioning. The cleaning staff speaks Spanish, not English at all, and requires software translation.
In short, you don't need to live here if you don't want to watch the game nearby.

GGuest UserWe’re loyal Marriott Bonvoy members and have stayed at all their branded hotel chains. Our stay here exceeded my expectations. Although the (newish) hotel is a little south of the city center, and not in the best area, we felt safe walking about during the day. The hotel is about a mile from the MFA and Gardiner museums. There’s a bus stop just outside the hotel too, which makes it easy to use public transport to navigate the city. The front desk and dining room staff were exceptionally nice, professional, and accommodating. One morning, I observed the kitchen staff going above and beyond to assist a guest who made a special request. The rooms were impeccably clean and well designed. We loved the big shower! My pet peeve is hotel rooms that don’t have well designed window treatments, so a ribbon of sunlight shines through the edge of the window covering and wakes you up in the morning. I was impressed that our room had special light blockers along the edge of the window frame so this wouldn’t happen. You can tell someone thought of the traveler’s needs when designing the room. All in all, this is a very nice hotel and one in which I will stay in the next time we travel to Boston.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful visit. We stayed from a Friday to Monday. The hotel staff was super nice and helpful. Our plane arrived at 8 am so we knew it was too early to check in. The staff kindly took our luggage and stored it for us. Luckily we were able to check in around noon. We headed to our room and it was adorable. We had a small issue with our hvac making a noise and as soon as we told the staff not even 10 mins someone was up to fix it. We could not have asked for a better hotel.

If the weather is good, you can walk all the way from Boston Park to think of the top of the stone tablet. The only way is to climb a total of 294 steps, and mark the numbers every other section, so that people who are panting and climbing have a number of monuments in their hearts. In fact, there is only a small space, but looking out through the small windows on all sides, I immediately feel that climbing the stairs is also worth it ～

Harvard, MIT, Boston University and other world-class institutions of higher learning are built on the river. It feels like a very dynamic area.
