Not being too familiar with Boston geography, I cannot speak well regarding it's location. For our needs to base ourselves for college campus tours, it was perfect and convenient. The room was rather nondescript with not much to mention, however, it was very clean and comfortable. We didn't get to use any other facilities since the spa had no availability, we cannot rate it either. In-room dining took very long. Order way in advance if you need timely meals to meet your busy schedule! Not much stood out, except the quality of the staff from the bellmen to the front desk. Everyone was very pleasant, nice and always willing to be helpful. We unfortunately did not make the opening of LPM on property. That will be a big plus for LPM fans to choose this Four Seasons above other hotel options in Boston!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, and the room layout is very well designed. Room service is prompt, and the front desk and doorman provided excellent service.

The hotel front desk staff provided extremely poor service. Our reservation included breakfast, but they overcharged us by more than $400. It took them a long time to figure it out and they finally apologized. I needed to add another night, and even though the pre-authorization was in place, they still needed to swipe the authorization button again. The price for the extra night was $1200. Their attitude was very bad.

Very nice hotel, the guy at the front desk is from Shanghai, very professional and handsome. He took the initiative to help order lunch. The afternoon tea on the first floor is very good. I made an appointment with friends to have afternoon tea together. It feels similar to the Peninsula Shanghai. I didn't read the menu carefully and ordered an ice cream. Ahaha, in the end, the whole afternoon tea was not charged. I'm really sorry.
