Clean, serene environment with a relaxing and zen atmosphere. The staff at reception are always with a smile and happy to provide all necessary information always eager to assist. It was our first time at this Spa and me and my wife had booked a couples full body massage. We have done this classic massage in some places before but this time it was like we got the superb deluxe edition!! It was amazing!! Che and Sunita the therapists were soo great and did an amazing job with my back. My wife also thoroughly enjoyed her massage, it was the best she had. After being done we didn’t want to leave.. the pressure applied was the ideal one. After the treatment we got treated to green tea and sat down at the beautiful relaxation zone which acts also as a stand by area where the therapist will come To greet you and escort you to the treatment room. Regarding the rest of the facilities, the hammam was splendid and the lockers are spacious. All in all 11/10 would definitely recommend and will definitely return!! This was by far, the BEST experience we’ve had on our beautiful little island. The staff are incredibly unique, kind, took initiatives and looked after us very well! Mr George at the breakfast area, restaurant manager Panagiota, that always goes out of her way to ensure we have the best time ever! *we ve returned and ate at Cape Aspro several times even when we were not guests at the hotel and the service was always top notch! Anna from kitchen and Petar who served us were also amazing! Note that we are vegan & vegetarians and the whole team, from the chiefs to the bar members took extra care of us. Our housekeeper Marites also took super care of us and our suit in such professional and friendly way! And always asked if we are having a great time and if we need anything else. We also enjoyed the Spa and pool facilities. I can go on for ages! Book and experience this incredible resort for yourself. It’s totally worth it!

After we booked this holiday and before we arrived, my wife was looking at reviews/comments on Facebook and they were mixed at best with some real negative ones, which gave us cause for concern. We have now returned home from a week at the hotel and I have to say it is a fine hotel. The staff, the quality of food, the pools and slides were faultless. The corridors within the room section of the hotel was a little tired, but cleaned every day, as were the rooms. Location was great for us, 50 minute walk into pahos harbor or bus right outside that ran every 20 minutes. I don't normally like to single out individuals but I'm going to this, Ahmed in the food hall, always polite, friendly and calling everyone by the first name. Hassan in the bar area, very friendly and chatty and was trying to get us tasting the whole cocktail menu. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Having stayed here two years ago I thought that all would be well. The rooms we had were lovely and easily accessible without requests. (June 2022) I travelled with a group both times, but this specific booking was for myself and my nan who is in her 70's, prior to flying, I emailed the hotel directly to request a room that was mobility friendly, near my room and near a lift. The rooms we were given were rooms 115 and 119. The hallway leading to these rooms were vile, old carpet with year's worth of stains on them. I let my nan have the room with the double bed for ease however the shower was impossible for her to access alone, myself and my mum had to make sure we were with her each time she showered to ensure she could get in and out and not slip. Rubber mat was provided however the height of the bath was ridiculous and she wouldn't have been able to do it alone. My brother was in a newer room that had a walk in shower, so he requested the same for my nan but was told this wasn't possible as it was fully booked, he booked the same kind of room as I did on our booking. Mostly reception were unhelpful, to say the least. Saying that, the rooms were clean and tidy and the maids were great, with the signs you can put on the door for cleaning or not. The hotel is in a great location and the staff in the pool bar work incredibly hard, always with a smile on their face, except for one older guy who was there the last time we stayed and looked like he would rather be anywhere else but working! Maja (cocktail party), marianna and one other guy were super friendly and would go out of their way to help! Micheal on the bar inside was as great as he was last time 😊 Sunbed wars ensued during the week but we always managed to find a decent space and there was 7 of us. It's unfortunate that I would choose not to come here again due to the requests not being fulfilled on the rooms as this is a lovely hotel, it seems that singles are put wherever they may have room, regardless of need, at least update them a bit and replace the carpet!! Also go to the spa for an Indian massage, you won't regret it!

The spa experience today was absolutely fantastic! Despite being self conscious initially, Irene quickly removed any feelings of feeling awkward and I was able to fully relax and enjoy the experience without any concerns. She reassured me of what was going to happen and made me feel comfortable throughout. My dignity remained in tact and I can honestly say I was able to let my inhibitions go and I was transcended to another world! It’s the best experience I have had, and for someone who can find any reason not to do something…I can’t tell you how pleased I was to push my boundaries and give it a try. Irene was able to apply just the right pressure without my guidance and adjusted the treatment as I had an ankle injury…at no point did I feel apprehensive which really surprised me and I was able to simply sink further and further into relaxation. I would highly recommend anyone to have a treatment…it has enabled me to truly relax…the real reason I came away on holiday…incredible experience!

Last week, we returned from a 2-week stay at the Seashell Apartments. Initially, I was a bit worried after reading some of the previous reviews, but the excellent price encouraged us to take a risk. And oh boy, am I glad we did! The place is fantastic—comfortable, well-located, and offers a perfect balance of quiet relaxation and proximity to pubs for those who enjoy a night out. The property is well-maintained, but what truly sets it apart are the OWNERS. While it wasn't our first time in Cyprus, it was our first stay at Seashell Apartments, and I have never met such helpful people. We had a particularly tricky reservation involving six apartments with three different arrival and departure times, and a mix of apartment types (from studios to two-bedrooms). The owners went above and beyond to assist us with the booking and all the various tasks, both big and small. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for making our stay amazing, and we look forward to seeing you again soon!

The hotel is older, but it deserves 3*. Good location, next to the station (buses to the airport), to the beach 10 minutes walk. To Kings Avenue Mall about 2 km. Breakfast is quite good, the same every day, but it still has something to choose from.
