The hotel is located in the center of the tourist area of Paphos, which is a five-minute walk to the archaeological park and Paphos Castle. It's surrounded by restaurants and bars. It's good in all aspects and the breakfast it good.
Amazing experience! This was our first stay, a little bit difficult to find the place. However, the front reception staff were very friendly, the reception was very nice and well decorated! We were impressed with the hotels entertainment as there was something going on every day.

We came in December, during the off-season. The hotel was very inexpensive (315 Euro for 3 nights) and not crowded. Our room was huge - a full kitchen with appliances and a washing machine, dining table, couch (not a comfortable one), amazing balcony, a nice bedroom and two full bathrooms. The kosher food was delicious and plentiful. We got fresh omelets in the morning from Chef Yaakov and made sandwiches for later. Dinner was 35 Euro per person and was a huge buffet with at least 3 proteins, sides and a salad bar. There was even a bowl of fruit and a yummy cake and donuts (for Chanuka). Small random grievances - there is a pipe in the shower that gets scalding hot when the shower is on; don't touch it or you'll burn yourself! I didn't find the couch or the bed especially comfortable, though I did appreciate the extra pillows. Neither of the bathroom doors have locks on them. Despite the festive Christmas display that the Capital Coast Hotel (host hotel) put out, the lobby has a very tired look. Fun bonus: during one of our dinners in the kosher dining room, there was a group of interactive dancers who put on a fun show. I recommend this hotel! I hope to return soon.
The hotel is located near the attractions, it is convenient to visit the attractions, it is recommended, there is ample parking lot, which is convenient for self-driving tourists, but the heating is not warm, the breakfast is affordable and delicious, and the value for money

We visited the guest house as 3 couples. The place is cute and has a nice inner courtyard where you can have breakfast or lunch/dinner. The first issue was clear straight away: one room we booked was not the same as the one that was given to us. This happened because we didn't pay beforehand the booking for that specific room, nonetheless it is really unprofessional to give away a room that was booked only because it wasn't paid. Secondly our friend found a stain on the bed. The management replaced the sheets and offered them a complimentary wine glass. The positive sides of the place are the central location, the nice atmosphere and the big shower with a nice water pressure... when there is water. In fact the last day the whole area had a problem with water, and of course this cannot be accounted to the hotel. Nonetheless the management did nothing to reduce the disturbance created by this situation. We had a water bottle to wash our teeth and be able to do the minimum self-care before and after bedtime and it was charged to us 3 euros. When we went to pay we were expecting some sort of compensation - for example free breakfast or similar but even the water we had to buy was charged. The host gave us a piece of paper stating that next time we can have a free night stayin, but there will be no next time.
Last week, we returned from a 2-week stay at the Seashell Apartments. Initially, I was a bit worried after reading some of the previous reviews, but the excellent price encouraged us to take a risk. And oh boy, am I glad we did! The place is fantastic—comfortable, well-located, and offers a perfect balance of quiet relaxation and proximity to pubs for those who enjoy a night out. The property is well-maintained, but what truly sets it apart are the OWNERS. While it wasn't our first time in Cyprus, it was our first stay at Seashell Apartments, and I have never met such helpful people. We had a particularly tricky reservation involving six apartments with three different arrival and departure times, and a mix of apartment types (from studios to two-bedrooms). The owners went above and beyond to assist us with the booking and all the various tasks, both big and small. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for making our stay amazing, and we look forward to seeing you again soon!

AAroundTheWorld356I had premium garden cabana with sea view. There is nothing premium about this cabana there is no garden and sea view is limited. Room are clean and service is good but rooms and hotel needs upgrade and maintenance ie. in my room floor was falling apart. Pool is very nice. Access to beach ONLY via few steps. On the beach you need to pay for sunbed and umbrella if you want to use it otherwise you can lay on the towel/sand. I was at the end of September and age average in this hotel was well above 65-70 so no young couples or families at ALL. Overpriced for the overall quality.
KKonstantinGood rooms with compliment fruits and add water/sweetie after cleaning. Funny music show every evening. All-inclusive mode is reasonable enough, permanent food'n'drinks are close available. The sea is near at hand.
I was lacking only a sauna..)
GGuest UserThis is by far the best hotel i have had the pleasure of visiting - ever. I repeat...ever. I have reviewed well over 100 hotels on TA, and i cannot overstate the awesomeness of this property. The place is beautiful, immaculately clean and the rooms are at an unsurpassed standard of comfort. The attention to esthetic detail all over the hotel, public spaces and rooms are, simply put, a straight 10. We stayed in the cabana rooms (009 and 010) and they were truly a special experience. By far, the highest compliment i can give goes to the staff at the Amavi. All of them, without exception, were very courteous, always smiling and highly responsive and professional. I was upset by one reviewer who commented negatively about the staff, so i will say this again - I have never experienced such a high standard of service, from the bell-boys at the entrance, the reception, restaurants, guest services and housekeeping. Credit must be given to the hotel’s GM and to those responsible for the staff training and maintenance of such high standards. The food was better than outstanding. The dinner at Nocturne was one of the best cuisine experiences that i, together with my friends, have ever experienced. Thank you for this weekend experience. We will return - as often as possible - and it is a pleasure to know that you can access such a high-quality property, at a reasonable price.
Now Returning for a 4th time this complex has everything you need for a fabulous stay . The apartments are clean, tidy and spacious ,well equipped with oven ,hob, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Plenty off carparking available if you've rented a car . The 5 pools are all clean and maintained. Within 15 minutes walk to Paphos harbour area or 20 mins to Tomb of the King's road here you can experience plenty of variety in Restaurants and Bars.
GGuest UserThe experience in this hostel was horrible. It was dirty, it is very unsafe since at night they are allowed to have parties with people drinking, both from the hostel and guests of the clients. They partied until 3 or 4 in the morning without letting people sleep, there was no one to complain during the night. Obviously, in the morning we got up and everything was full of the remains of the party, drinks, dirty glasses... We complained to the hostel management, which has made us dizzy to this day, since they told us that we were leaving to return the money for the two nights we spent there and we have not received any response or compensation from her. I don't recommend it at all.
GGuest UserHotel is really well located, just beside harbour, beach and lots of restaurants.
Lovely reception area, lounge and bar. Very reasonable prices. Staff are all very friendly and efficient.
Will definitely return. Excellent choice. Thank you
摆摆摆MomIt’s so friendly. For us, it’s very gratifying to be able to accept our one-and-a-half-year-old children, because it has been rejected by two other hotels before this. The reason is that the first one does not allow children to stay, and the other is that children under three years old are not allowed to stay. Immediately after I contacted online customer service on Trip.com, the work efficiency was very high, and I quickly recommended Anfla to me, and the customer service immediately went offline and directly consulted the hotel, confirming that we allowed the children to stay and immediately navigated to this hotel. The overall building of the hotel is a three-story single-family small western-style building. The guest rooms are suite types. The entrance is the living room. The bedroom is inside. There is a balcony for drying clothes. At a glance, the beautiful lawn and the vast sea view are outside the window. The seaside trail is downstairs. It is particularly comfortable to push the children for a walk and walk. In the evening, you can watch the sunset, giving people a relaxed and happy feeling. The price is more affordable than the two previously found. From the hotel customer service to the environment inside and outside the room to the coastal trails around the hotel, I am very satisfied. If you travel back to Paphos, you will still choose to station here 👍.
SSeowStay again this hotel after return from Nicosia.Love the environment of the hotel, the pool and of course very friendly staffs.the buffet breakfast is delicious, lots of varieties and the dining hall is bright and very clean. The room is big too ,clean and have air conditioner.Very comfortable stay and will stay again if come again to Paphos.
PPiotr ŁukasikThe hotel is older, but it deserves 3*. Good location, next to the station (buses to the airport), to the beach 10 minutes walk. To Kings Avenue Mall about 2 km. Breakfast is quite good, the same every day, but it still has something to choose from.
RRoman RomikGreat place, convenient location, close to a bus stop, supermarket, beach and cafes, the staff is friendly and welcoming, the hotel has a swimming pool and a bar and all sorts of entertainment and day and evening are available to hotel residents
