The hotel has a good location and the breakfast is relatively rich. There are also many delicious restaurants around. It is recommended to eat in the surrounding area at noon and night. Xiao Wu is also a nice person. He helped introduce many routes, which are all convenient. It is also very close to the subway entrance. It is highly recommended to stay here in downtown Chengdu.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Chengdu, and overall, it was a very satisfying experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and professional service. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was promptly shown to my room. The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and offered all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring Chengdu. The bathroom was clean and modern, with a great shower that had strong water pressure—a small detail that makes a big difference. One of the standout features of Crowne Plaza Chengdu is its excellent location. It’s situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access popular attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. This convenience made my stay even more enjoyable, as I could easily walk or take a short ride to wherever I needed to go. The hotel's dining options were also impressive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes, ensuring that there was something for everyone. The quality of the food was high, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and local specialties. The facilities at Crowne Plaza Chengdu are top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the indoor pool was a great place to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the business center, which made it easy to catch up on work when needed. While the hotel is slightly older, it is well-maintained, and the charm of the classic design adds to the overall experience. In summary, Crowne Plaza Chengdu exceeded my expectations in terms of service, comfort, and convenience. It’s a great choice for both business and leisure travelers, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Chengdu.

We’re happy with the hotel services . The check in time normally is after 2pm, but we arrived early in the morning at 6:30am , they’ve kindly allowing us to check in and we’d a good rest . In addition, allowed us to checkout at 2pm as our flight was 6:30pm. The staff are helpful and friendly, they directed us to take airport bus which’s only RMB30/pax vs cab RMB200+. Great location easily accessible to shops, restaurants and public transportation. Highly recommended, will definitely come back to this hotel for our next trip.

it was a very nice stay thanks to the kind and friendly staff🤗 they are solution oriented. Breakfast is nice, the rooms are clean and size is enough. They have free self laundry. Just a little suggestion they can change the elevator card reading system 💡 Overall good value for money!

JW Marriott Chengdu hotel has exceeded our expectations. The Executive Club Lounge was a relaxing, welcoming space with polite and hard-working staff. We found the hotel’s central location ideal for exploring Chengdu. We ordered room service on the first night. The Dan Dan noodles with minced pork and vegetables, as well as the fried rice were exceptional. We love the overall service persons especially the concierge staff who helped us booked for taxis quickly and took care of the directions. Highly recommended for any foreign visitors

After comparing the reviews with my friends,we chose this hotel. When we arrived at the lobby, it was bright and spacious. We were greeted by a staff member as soon as we entered. Every staff member was smiling and enthusiastic. The overall experience was very good. There was also a butler who added WeChat when we checked in. He would care about and greet us every day. If we needed anything, we could contact him at any time. It was very convenient. In addition, we were given welcome fruit. Next time we come to Chengdu, we will choose to stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed the friendly service from any and all employees at the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu during my stay over Xmas. From the housekeeping staff to the reception desk and the servers at breakfast they were prompt and polite. And while younger people might find the decor a bit old fashioned, I loved the luxurious feel of my room and the comfort of the furniture as well as all the little details that cited Chengdu’s history and made my vacation special and relaxing. ☺️ The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied and I enjoyed my coffee being served at the table and used dishes being removed quickly. There are several metro 🚇 stations within walking distance which made exploring the city convenient. I am looking forward to staying here again!

It was a good impression the moment my parents and I arrived at the hotel with the butler meeting us and assisting to the check in. Afterwhich bringing us to the room and introducing everything about the room and adding wechat so whenever we have any issues 24hrs they will be able to assist. Room is abit aged but was maintained quite well.. recommended.
