My stay was good. I slept well. The mattress was Great. My only problem was, I asked for a noon checkout but apparently the maid wasn't informed about this. Not sure why she hadn't been informed. She knocked on the door twice; told her the first time that I would be leaving soon but she came back the 2nd time within 15 minutes. I let the front desk know about it. I left before 11:30 am.

This hotel needs serious updates. The room was clean and the staff were nice. However, there were scuffed walls, patched walls, cracked floor tiles, worn rugs, paint drips everywhere and the ice machines were not clean. Overall appearance very shabby.

The staff is very rude and they have water problems but wanna blame it on us for useing the shower. We are very grown people and no way we flooded a room, on top of having a wobbly toilet

It was a nice stay, the rooms were clean but it had a funny smell like humid, but once I lower the a/c it was better, great services though.

Broken clock that wouldn’t shut off, broken air conditioning, tv didn’t work. Room smelled like it had not been cleaned in 15 years. Bright and early you will get woken up by construction or banging within the walls. The moment you get there they want the ID of your entire party. They advertise completely different than what they are. They take deposits in cash. the Days In Corporation really needs to shut this one down

Great price, and an excellent location! My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend while we were in Chattanooga to visit the zoo and the aquarium. There are two gas stations/convenience stores within walking distance, a cracker barrel right next to the property, several other restaurants as well, and a Walmart about 6 minutes away. It was about 20 minutes away from the Tennessee aquarium. The room was clean, AC was awesome, had all necessities. The staff we interacted with were very nice!

Run down and “Security” was non operational. Anyone can come in off the street to any floor. The pool was closed with no explanation. Wouldn’t stay again
