All staff members were very nice, impressively friendly, and helpful, and the hotel itself from the lobby to the room was very clean and modern-looking. Great location in downtown. Very comfortable. The breakfast area and quality was very nice.

Beds were comfortable, rooms were new and clean and the overall feel of the hotel was very nice. Parking and check-in were both very easy and we got the exact rooms we requested. Nice downtown location too. If you are in the area this is a good choice

Very convenient downtown location. The rooms were very comfortable and mostly quiet. Hotel staff members were very courteous and customer-oriented. We did have daily housekeeping, and the property was in excellent condition. Parking can be a little challenging - depends on what time of day you are looking for a space, and at $18 per day, customers should be guaranteed a space.

Awesome experience at this hotel. We traveled with 2 little ones for the aquarium and Children’s museum. SUPER clean, very friendly staff, and could not be more conveniently located. 10/10 would recommend staying here. Breakfast was $14.95 all you can eat buffet and children under 7 were free.

Hotel was great, location was great, and the staff were nice and professional. I was just disappointed that the breakfast was not free as that is one of the reasons I choose Hilton affiliated hotels. I’ll have to read more closely when I select a hotel in the future.

The staff and location was great but the room was not. It was nice and clean, so no problem there. The problem was that the AC was SO loud and the pillows were so flat. Not only could you not get comfortable but each time you might, the AC would kick on and you were awake again. We were scheduled to stay two nights, but we left at 2am the second night and ditched some of our trip and just drove home in the dark. It was bad enough that our kid was fine missing out on our cave adventure that morning. It was a beautiful hotel but this experience will keep us from ever staying there again.

My coworker and I use this hotel weekly for work after trying out many other hotels in the area. This was our final and best choice! Amazing staff who are always courteous and ready to help in anyway possible, the rooms are excellent, the breakfast, dinner, and bar are so good that you don’t even need to leave the hotel for meals if you don't want to. The rooms are batter and more comfortable then the other hotels around that we tried. The manager Michelle and Shane at the front desk always do everything possible to ensure we have a great stay, Candy is always delightful in the morning taking care of us for breakfast, Brendon and Chris are always so kind in the morning saying hi to us, and Dylan and Julie are always fun and great hosts at the bar! Highly recommend!

Michelle (the manager) runs both a tight ship and a welcoming one. Someone is always available to help. Always available to go above and beyond. You can not go wrong staying here. Location alone makes this place worth it. When you add the quality of the management and staff, you can't go wrong

The hotel is immaculate, the staff treated us like family! We were able to get a-joining rooms with their help and the breakfast was delicious!! We will he back in May to continue our adventure in Chattanooga! The hetel us situated to walk to great kids activities as well as restaurants. Highly recommend !!
