From prejudice and passive-aggressive behavior to rooms that haven't been cleaned in years. You will regret ever stepping foot in this place. BEWARE the devil is alive here and you will need to REBUKE him and flee! Shut this operation DOWN!

The staff were really nice and had good customer service, The rooms were clean and everything looked neat.It was a good stay, and i was pleased with the service. They attended us well and it was safe.

At this hotel I spend 2 night at was alright it averages wouldn’t give it pass a 3 the bathroom and kitchen was so much clean wasn’t that clean but if you want to stay there go at your own risk …………Ik

No AC/Heat for 3 days and told it will not be fixed for another 2 days. Yet no concession on pricing and not sure how you can treat people like this. I wouldn't treat an animal like the way they treat people.

We have been here for a few years due to me being close to the hospital before and after brain surgery. We have had no issues and they have been very helpful. I feel they do need more help in the room attendant and maintenance department. Ann came in as manger and cleaned the place up, made some much needed changes. Latrice does it all and does it well. They always offer a helping hand. Thank you for having good staff it makes a place run so much better.

Made huge mistake of returning when I found out their other property in Alpharetta offers no refunds.I ended up booking this hotel for a week and there are absolutely no refunds(for instance reverting to the daily rate and refunding the difference).Most Woodsprings will revert to daily rate and offer refund of unused days.I could not sleep as AC unit worked very poorly.I should have asked for another room but my mistake for returning more than once when AC units work out and do not cool like new units.So the two night stay cost me $536.
