The location is not very central, but it is okay. After all, it is not possible to have no car in Tu'ao, and then drive to the center in 5-10 minutes. Haha ... it's sparsely populated, and almost no one is on the street after 7pm. The environment of the hotel is good. Upon arrival we were aware that no car parking was at the hotel, which is a little frustrating but workable. Dropped our bags off and went to park the car which was about a 10 walk at 9pm during winter, to say it was fresh understates it. Back at the hotel I went to check in and only 1 person on and surprisingly at that time it was very busy, so the wait time to get to the room was considerable. Having said that though the staff on were very pleasant and helped store the bags until we got back from parking the car. The room itself was nice and even though it was situated on a busy section of Canberra was nice and quiet. The room was well maintained and the bathroom was fine. Had no issues with check out. Possible things that maybe they could look at is Valet parking or similar as well as maybe working with a local food place to supply meals, just a thought.

It was easy to book online. The place was easy to find. The parking was exceptionally easy (and it was free and there was plenty of it). The room was easy, roomy, very neat, nice and modern, sparkling clean, lots of conveniences (microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, good size TV). Crisp linen on a soft bed. The staff was very friendly, There was a big gym (which we didn’t use, however was quite amazed by it). Very convenient to a lot of restaurants - eat in and takeaway. We had an elderly guest and the whole place was flat and easy to get around. There was also a pantry with vending machines
