Our 9th trip here - wonderful hotel and staff - not full of pretentious people like other hotels further up the West coast - best on the island by a mile. Special shout to all the staff - too many to name but naming a few Ronald, Analis, Richard, Gabby, Sheena (I didn't break the water dispenser !), Tiffany x 2, my special morning friend the Omelette Lady (you know who you are !), Leroy, Steven, Shanako, Shaniece, Jamar, Nicole, Elecia, Ramon and so many more I can't remember Had beach view suite which is on two floors with two balconies - very clean and spacious Will definitely be back for a tenth visit as soon as we can Andy, Rach, Rob & Lulu

It is a mystery to me how there are so many positive reviews for this hotel on Tripadvisor. We are in the Caribbean to watch the cricket and arrived here 5 days ago. We are leaving in 2 days time and we can't wait. See the earlier review by Stephanie in September. It's all true, including the comments about the doors in the bedrooms allowing insects into the room. To start with the staff were incredibly surly and antagonistic at breakfast. This did improve but only because so many people had complained and our holiday rep demanded an improvement from management. One day my wife was queuing at the omelette bar when the cook killed a cockroach in front of her. Shocking! Our A/C starting spewing out black detritus a few days into the holiday which was upsetting. A mechanic eventually came to clean out the filters. They were black when he took them out. After he "fixed" the A/C, water started pooling below it when we switched it on. The next day, our room phone broke so we could not call reception. That is still not fixed. The corridors and lifts around the back of the hotel are in an incredibly dire state. You feel dirty walking through them. Clearly, no investment is being made except in the front of house buildings (i.e. reception). This is NOT a 4 star hotel. The only positive is that there are a few decent restaurants nearby so you don't have to take dinner at the hotel. I would rather eat my own flesh than eat dinner here. Do not stay here. You have been warned!!

We had a very good stay at this charming hotel in October. The hotel is very clean, comfortable with very friendly staff in every part of the hotel. We were so well looked after and couldn’t fault the service from every team. Our room was immaculate with a nice bed so sleep was excellent! The bathroom possibly needed some modernising but was absolutely fine. Housekeeping was efficient and our room was kept in top order. The beach is nice to relax on but sadly owing to a recent storm the water is not accessible so swimming is off the menu! However just ten mins walk away through the trees is the most glorious white sandy beach where you can hire brollies and beds at a reasonable cost plus there is a nice beach bar too. We went there regularly. Also at the weekend there is a complimentary trip to the copacababa beach club which was lovely. My only feedback really is that the food while plentiful is no terribly exciting. It’s plentiful but a bit uninspiring with similar choices for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was great though I would recommend this hotel as a more budget option

What an amazing family holiday we had at this wonderful hotel. The food and drinks are lovely and being a pescatarian I always found something delicious to eat. A special thanks has to go to the lovely Beverly who always looked after a party of 9 at every meal and Ramon the entertainment manager who works so hard ensuring everyone has a good time. But also a massive thank you to the wonderful bar staff, I can honestly say that I have never been anywhere where everyone is so friendly from the guys in the beach who are lovely to the reception staff. Highly recommended for a relaxing fun holiday for all the family 👍

Property not clean as expected, room don’t clean when you go out and come back no towels , always getting lock out the room key issues . Beach was dirty no beach umbrella like the other resort them like Accra beach and Bouginvilla resort . Few staff very nice but place need to be clean up nicely to keep its name . Rooms are decent especially there bed very comfy going back there is a no no .

From the food to the personal service to the rooms. The staff were awesome. I am blown away by this place. They made my anniversary memorable. Will come again and recommend to everyone we know. And I forgot about the drinks 😀. Need I say more..

I surprised my wife for our 7th anniversary. From checking in the front desk personnel was jovial, warm and inviting. We had a drink at the bar. The barmen were awesome. The room was very inviting. When my wife entered the room she was awestruck. Dinner is to die for. The service of were impeccable.
