Staying at the Xi Shi Jin She Hotel was an incredibly healing experience amidst the beautiful landscapes of Yangshuo. The hotel is located right by the Yulong River, and with the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, you're greeted by stunning karst peaks, with bamboo rafts slowly gliding by on the river – it feels like living inside a traditional Chinese ink painting. The room was clean and tidy, the toiletries were of excellent quality, and the facilities were exquisite and comprehensive. The butler service was attentive and thoughtful, and the authentic Guilin rice noodles for breakfast were fresh and delicious. The rooftop infinity pool offered amazing photo opportunities. It's also super convenient for visiting the Ten-Mile Gallery. This is definitely my top choice for a stay in Yangshuo, a perfect experience!

This hotel is truly excellent, the best I've stayed at since coming to Guangxi. The breakfast selection is rich and delicious. The ladies at the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful; they answered all my questions right away. There's also a swimming pool on the rooftop where you can swim. The water gets nice and warm in the afternoon, perfect for a relaxing dip. You can also rent electric scooters from the hotel, which we did and it was super convenient for getting around. I highly recommend staying here! The rooms are also very clean, and they really go above and beyond to accommodate your needs.

This hotel exceeded our expectations on a return visit. The views from the window were stunning, surrounded by mountains and water. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the staff were polite and enthusiastic. There's a pool in the courtyard for kids to play in, and the facilities are comprehensive, including a washing machine, dryer, and a drying area.

A wonderful family hotel with spacious rooms, a pool and a very peaceful atmosphere. We stayed here as a family with children and really enjoyed our time. In Yangshuo, many hotels have beautiful mountain views, but this hotel stands out because it is not only scenic, but also very quiet, peaceful and comfortable inside. For us, this was a huge advantage. This is a warm family-style hotel where you feel that the owners truly care about every guest. The hostess was always nearby and personally paid attention to the quality of service. The staff were very friendly, polite and always ready to help. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was done on time, and everything felt well maintained. For this level of room, the price was very reasonable, which makes the hotel a very good value for money. Another big plus is the swimming pool. For a family trip, especially with children, having a pool at the hotel is a real advantage compared with many other hotels in the area. One of the nicest details was the afternoon tea with sweets — it made the stay feel even more welcoming and personal. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing, which is exactly what you need in the mountains. The garden, the views, the fresh air and the peaceful environment helped us rest properly. The night before, we stayed in another hotel where it was noisy and uncomfortable because of construction nearby, so here we especially appreciated the silence, cleanliness and comfort. We finally had a proper rest. This hotel is a great choice for families, for people travelling with children, and for anyone who wants a quiet and cozy place surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. We left with very warm impressions and would be happy to come back again. Highly recommended. В Яншо, как мы поняли, у многих отелей есть красивые виды на горы, но большое преимущество именно этого отеля в том, что здесь не только красиво, но ещё и очень тихо, спокойно и комфортно внутри. Для нас это было огромным плюсом. Это уютный семейный отель, где чувствуется настоящая забота о гостях. Хозяйка всегда была рядом и лично контролировала качество обслуживания. Персонал очень доброжелательный, вежливый, всегда старался помочь и сделать проживание максимально комфортным. Номер был очень просторный, чистый и удобный. Уборка проводилась вовремя, всё было аккуратно и приятно. Для такого уровня номера цена, на наш взгляд, очень недорогая, поэтому соотношение цены и качества здесь отличное. Отдельный большой плюс — наличие бассейна. Для семейной поездки, особенно с детьми, это действительно важное преимущество по сравнению со многими другими отелями в этом районе. Также нам очень понравились приятные детали: послеобеденный чай со сладостями, зелёный двор, красивые виды, свежий воздух и общая спокойная атмосфера. В горах именно такой отдых особенно ценен — здесь можно по-настоящему расслабиться и восстановиться. Ночь до этого мы провели в другом отеле, где рядом шла стройка, было шумно и душно. Поэтому здесь мы особенно оценили тишину, чистоту и комфорт. Мы наконец-то хорошо отдохнули. Отель отлично подойдёт для семей с детьми и для тех, кто ищет не шумное место, а спокойный, уютный отдых среди красивой природы. У нас остались очень тёплые впечатления, с удовольствием вернулись бы снова. Очень рекомендуем.

The staff were super friendly towards children, service gets full marks. Wonderful Stay Near Yangshuo Railway Station in xingping I recently stayed at this lovely hotel right beside Yangshuo Railway Station, and my entire experience was cozy, relaxing and highly satisfying, making it a great pick for both local and international travelers. The most convenient benefit is the complimentary shuttle service between Yangshuo Railway Station and the hotel, providing free pickups and drop-offs. This took all the stress out of traveling with heavy luggage after a train journey. One minor note: the shuttle only runs until 6 PM, so after this time, guests will need to arrange their own taxi to and from the station. The rooms are incredibly spacious, bright and immaculately clean. The room comes with a large bathtub and a mini-fridge and the best window view, the hotel has a reliable elevator for easy access to upper floors. The front desk staff were warm, polite and always ready to help with any requests during our stay. The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped and peaceful. There is a charming garden area with a tree house, a swing, and a shaded chill-out spot surrounded by lush green trees, perfect for unwinding outdoors. Inside the garden sits a western-style restaurant, and right beside it is a small pond filled with colorful goldfish, which adds a calm, scenic vibe to the property. The hotel also features a nice swimming pool for guests to enjoy. The surrounding area blends historic old buildings that evoke the charm of traditional Chinese dynasties with modern amenities, striking a lovely balance between old-world character and comfort. Breakfast at the hotel mainly consists of local Yangshuo dishes, which is fantastic for guests who love regional Chinese flavors. Since many foreign visitors stay here, it would be a thoughtful improvement to add freshly brewed coffee from a machine and bread options to the breakfast spread, as not all international guests prefer noodles in the morning. We got great coffee from the on-site western restaurant in the garden, which was really tasty. For e-bike rentals, there are local vendors right next to the hotel gate offering bikes, though their prices are a bit on the higher side. If you walk just around 50 meters away from the hotel, you’ll find plenty of other rental shops with much more reasonable rates 30 yuan . Overall, every part of our stay felt comfortable and pleasant, and we truly enjoyed every moment here. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yangshuo, especially travelers looking for a convenient location near the train station and a peaceful, well-kept property with friendly service.

This hotel is centrally located on West Street pedestrian street, making it very convenient. It's a quiet oasis amidst the bustling area, with a great environment and excellent cleanliness. The hotel staff are warm and attentive. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

We stayed at New West Street International Hotel for total of 10 nights as we accompanied our child at a nearby Chinese school in the summer. This extended time gave us the opportunity to really got to experience the hotel facilities, the food, and the service.  First the location.The actual location is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the actual West Street. To us, the distance is actually a good thing. Food, shops, and amenities at West Street are overly tailored for tourists. The hotel location is quiet and peaceful. Nearby are many local restaurants and shops that we much preferred. In fact, we found ourselves walking away from the West Street direction to get some great local foods everyday of our stay. That said, the hotel offers an excellent shuttle service beginning at 3:30pm until late at night if that's what you are into.  Second, the hotel building itself is in excellent condition. It appears many of the facilities and rooms were recently renovated. The lobby is open and airy and makes a comfortable gathering spot for us to meet our friends before heading out. The hotel sometimes accommodates tour groups. Even when we see as many as three tour buses parked in the back, the hotel does not feel congested nor noisy. The room itself is tastefully updated with a large flat screen TV, USB-C chargers, and automated curtains. The beds were comfortable and our balcony room faced a beautiful karst mountain and a nearby pond. The room appears to have great noisy insulation. We did not hear our neighbors like we did in other Chinese hotels. Third, the place is always clean. We see staff cleaning public areas all the time, wiping down handrails, elevator buttons, countertops. etc. As for our room, the home keeper always kept it clean and orderly. We had some problems with smell the first day. A housekeeper came and troubleshoot the problem to durian smell in the mini-fridge. Not only did she wipe it down, but even without us asking, the later came back with another mini-fridge to make sure no smell was left. That really made an impression on us. Next, the staff. Everyone we encountered was always friendly and greeted us. From the cleaning staff to the front desk reception to the restaurant waiters. Everyone was friendly. We can only speak limited mandarin but the staff still talked to us best they could in English. Rachel, the manager on site, was especially friendly to make sure we got everything we needed. She understands we were staying for an extended period of time so she was always asking what can be improved for our long stay. The hotel added us to WeChat where they respond quickly to all the typical requests like room service to sending us extra water. I wish more hotels do this.  Finally, the facilities. We used the laundry room daily. There are 5 washers and 3 dryers by my count. Most of the time, I can find an empty machine to wash my laundry. Mornings are best for doing laundry. After dinner time is the busiest time. We occasionally had to take out other people's laundry that were just sitting there but it's rare. The pool is large, warm, and clean. The shallow end is perfect for kids or just wading around. The deep end is 1.7M deep so it's plenty for actual swimming. We also used the on-site travel agent to book a private transfer to the Guilin high speed station. Rachel happened to be nearby when we did this and she helped with some translation with the agent and it was very appreciated. The restaurant was large and there was always space for us to sit even when there are large tour groups. It offers mainly Chinese options but also have some Western items. Food was abundant and delicious. The Guilin rice noodles in the back is tasty and the broth is excellent. The only thing is the coffee could be a little bit better! We loved our stay at the New West Street International Hotel and would not hesitate to go back next time we visit Yangshuo. 

The indoor afternoon tea area has an amazing ambiance; every photo taken there is a masterpiece 📷✨. The hotel also features a kids' playground 🎠 and an outdoor pool 🏊, making it easy to keep the little ones entertained. The rooms are clean and tidy with excellent attention to detail 🏠. The breakfast buffet offers great quality, and the authentic Guilin rice noodles taste superb 🍜. A good breakfast sets you up perfectly for the day ahead. Located by the Li River, with smooth access to the underground parking. It's also very close to the commercial district, making dining and getting around super convenient. Again, the rooms are clean and tidy with great attention to detail. The breakfast buffet is high quality, and the authentic Guilin rice noodles are truly delicious.

I had a truly satisfying stay! The location of Wangjianglou is unbeatable, very close to West Street and the Li River, making getting around super convenient. I specifically booked the 'Leisure Courtyard View Twin Room,' and it was clean, tidy, well-equipped, and completely odor-free. The courtyard environment is incredibly tranquil and peaceful, a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. The twin room was spacious enough; my family and I didn't feel cramped at all. The staff were friendly and responsive. Overall, the value for money is exceptional. It was an impeccable accommodation experience, deserving of a five-star rating!
