"The location was perfect - in the immediate vicinity of world-famous HQB plaza and central to the electronics capital of Shenzhen. The hotel lobby is on the 23rd floor and I never fail to find someone able to converse with foreigners. Daphne Du, the manager, was excellent, providing above and beyond service for my 3 Nights stay over the weekend. View from the rooms at the top were magnificent, even from the open balcony self-service laundry, and all major Metro subway lines are accessible from the ground floor. A top place for gadget night shopping, then relaxing back at the room. Buffet dinner was also excellent, with hotpot, sushi and a good selection of seafood and meats. Definitely will return for future bargain hunting."

"The front desk staff were very proactive, friendly, and professional. They handled issues quickly and effectively. When I mentioned the room wasn't comfortable, the duty manager immediately helped me resolve it, and in the end, my kids and I had a good night's sleep. The lobby has a lounge area, which is very practical for occasional temporary work. The surrounding area has a wide variety of dining options and convenient transportation, making it highly recommended for getting around. Overall, it offers good value for money. Whether for business or leisure, staying here is very suitable and definitely deserves a five-star rating."

Guest UserMy stay here was fantastic! The room was very clean, odorless, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities worked great. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were all very kind and polite. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The area is quiet and not noisy at all. Overall, it's great value for money. I'll definitely book this place again on my next visit. Highly recommend!

The front desk staff proactively asks about your needs and are very meticulous, which avoids many awkward situations, making it very friendly for introverts or those who might be shy about asking for things. Even if you're someone who feels embarrassed to speak up, you can still enjoy their great service. The rooms are also wonderful and quiet, very clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The cleaning staff in the hallways are also very friendly and always greet you. The hotel's location is super convenient for work, just two subway stops away, and there are many restaurants nearby, offering everything you could want. Staying here makes dining, shopping, and getting around incredibly easy. It offers great value for money, highly recommended!

BusshuiA huge shout-out to Vanilla at the front desk of The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy! My stay was absolutely perfect. The lobby ambiance is grand and elegant, and the location is superb. However, the most outstanding aspect was undoubtedly the professional service from the front office team. A special thank you to Front Office Director Perry and the entire front desk team: Hedy, Jimmy, Jennifer, Molly, Erin, Dannie, Koko, Sahar, Joy, Bella, and Eva. The whole team is incredibly well-trained and works seamlessly together, maintaining order even during peak check-in times. Both check-in and check-out processes were efficient and quick.
The team members were consistently gentle and polite, proactively explaining hotel facilities, local transportation, and member benefits. They were prompt in responding to requests for luggage storage, coordinating room needs, and answering inquiries. Their attention to detail was exceptional, perfectly embodying the Ritz-Carlton's 'Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen' philosophy. Each team member was patient, meticulous, and handled situations with poise, resolving issues efficiently and thoughtfully. There was no cumbersome waiting at any point, and my travel fatigue instantly melted away. When I visit Futian next time, The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy will still be my top choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

Guest UserThis was my first stay at the Shenzhen Marriott Hotel, and honestly, it was a mixed bag – some good, some not so good. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were excellent, very friendly and helpful. However, the staff at the entrance and the bellhops were quite disappointing. They weren't proactive in assisting guests, and for a hotel, the first impression often comes from the entrance staff. This really detracted from my overall experience. The front desk staff were polite and said everything was fine, but the baggage handlers were truly awful. On the positive side, the dim sum at the restaurant was exceptional. So, if I ever consider staying here again, I'll definitely have to think long and hard about it. I honestly don't understand how a five-star hotel can have such a stark difference in service quality. For a first-time guest at the Marriott Shenzhen, it was certainly a memorable experience, but not entirely for the right reasons.

I was really impressed by the hotel's public areas – you can play games, work out, relax, read, do laundry, even get a manicure; they have everything! The breakfast buffet was also quite diverse. During breakfast, I saw a foreign guest ask a server for a baby fork, but the server didn't understand. It would be even better if they could improve their basic English training for handling international guests. Keep up the good work! I'll definitely be back for another stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

GC2024This time I traveled from Hong Kong to Shenzhen for a business trip and stayed at the Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian. Joy, who was my contact person, was very reliable and handled all my issues quickly and efficiently without any fuss. The room cleaning was done properly, and both the bathroom and bedding were clean, allowing me to get a good rest when I returned to the room. All the in-room facilities worked well, and the WiFi speed was stable, so I could easily handle work in the evenings. The soundproofing of the room was decent, meaning I wasn't disturbed by outside noise at night. The hotel's location is convenient, with many restaurants downstairs, and it's easy to take a taxi to Futian Station for the high-speed rail. The entire check-in process was smooth, and I didn't encounter any problems. There weren't many fancy services, but they focused on fulfilling guests' basic needs well. As someone who frequently travels between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, my overall experience here was good, and I'll definitely choose this place again when I come to Shenzhen.

The staff here are very friendly and answered all my numerous questions patiently, including detailed directions on how to get to the observatory. I also bought my beach ticket directly at the hotel – they offered a small discount, which was a nice bonus.
The hotel is completely new. The bed linen is spotless, and the bathroom is excellent with modern fixtures. Everything worked well and felt fresh.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended! near I found a nice European cafe, about 5 minutes walking Mike'sKitchen&Bar

Fantastic location, just a few minutes' walk from the Convention & Exhibition Center Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient for business trips and exhibitions! The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and respond very quickly. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a simple yet upscale design. The Ailant mattress ensures a comfortable sleep, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views of the Futian CBD cityscape. The bathroom has stable water pressure and a complete set of amenities. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed rest. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby, and transportation is very convenient. Overall, the attention to detail is impressive, and it offers exceptional value for money. It's my top choice for business travel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Futian. Highly recommended!
