Check-in was a little bumpy, but overall it was very good, with a good location, a large room, a large terrace with a whirlpool bathtub, and a massage shower head in the bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook your own meals. Luggage storage is available.

L'appartamento a noi assegnato era pulito, spazioso e dotato di tanti comfort. La posizione è super, a metà strada tra stazione Centrale e Piazza Maggiore, con molti servizi nelle vicinanze (bar, ristoranti, panetterie, pasticcerie, supermercati). I punti di forza sono la cucina, davvero ben fornita (comprese lavastoviglie e lavatrice), un bagno spazioso, la presenza di armadi e portaoggetti, due TV enormi, il WiFi veloce e i letti comodi. Sicuramente sarà la prima scelta se dovessimo tornare a Bologna. Se proprio devo trovare qualche difetto, che comunque non ha pregiudicato la nostra permanenza, posso dire che alcuni mobili risentono del tempo e, probabilmente, dell'incuria dei precedenti clienti; mancano dei porta valigie, nonostante ci sia spazio disponibile nelle camere, così come appendiabiti alla pareti. I cuscini erano privi di copricuscini (c'era solo la federa) e le lenzuola, non avendo gli angoli elasticizzati (oppure non essendo di misura adeguata), difficilmente stavano al loro posto durante la notte. In alcuni punti, sigillature in silicone e tinteggiatura non sono stati eseguiti a regola d'arte. Con questi piccoli accorgimenti, l'appartamento passerebbe da ottimo a eccezionale.

This was the most amazing place we’ve ever stayed at, everything from the location to the room was incredible and luxurious. We are definitely going to book this again for our next visit to bologna! This apartment was better than we could imagine and we miss it already… the shower was amazing!

Truly beautiful, if I return to Bologna this will definitely be my accommodation, clean environment, exceptional location, many restaurants nearby, hot tub on the terrace, I really didn't find anything negative

Perfectly located for easy walking to most attractions and close to Garibaldi statue cab rank. Fully fitted incl washing mc and spotlessly clean. Would advise attention to check in detail, incl pay city tax in advance as no reception. I’ll Moro Restaurant across road is great. All round a good experience. Cheers J

Great place. We stayed for two weeks in the King suite which had everything one would want, including elevator, bathtub, full kitchen, washing machine. The management staff is available and responsive. Ten minute walk to train station for day trips and ten minutes to the main square. Cafe connected to building, two restaurants across the street and a superb restaurant (L'Arcimboldo) a block away. They even offered complimentary cleanings.
