The room is underground and there is no elevator. I was exhausted carrying two large boxes down the stairs. The signal was not good, the wifi could not be connected, the traffic was even worse, there was a damp smell, and the sound insulation was very poor. In addition, the bathroom door cannot be sealed, and there is no way to separate dry and wet areas. The anti-theft chain on the door is broken, and the phone in the room is also a decoration. I have to run out to find the front desk myself. The sheets are torn. I can only say that the aunt who delivered the paper to me was really kind. She looked at me holding two big boxes and opened the door for me.

Service: This is the key point. The receptionist is really excellent. She speaks very casually and gives people a sense of intimacy. It may be because she is beautiful and has temperament! How can it be just because of appearance? Later, the TV had a signal problem, so the front desk answered the phone and asked us to try it ourselves. If it didn’t work, she came over to move stools and climb up and down to help. It really exceeded the scope of work of the general front desk, and her attitude was always friendly and patient! My son said that the auntie was so nice!

The room is spotless, and the remote controls are clean. I think this is the best hotel I stayed in for a few days in Beijing. It is opposite Ziguangyuan and breakfast is nearby and very convenient🥰🥰

Facilities: Smart voice control to open and close curtains, turn on and off lights and TV. Smart toilet, bathroom shower and large shower head can be used together.
Environment: The room is clean and tidy and very comfortable. The room is equipped with room temperature water and ice water, which is really considerate in hot Beijing.
Service: As soon as I entered the hotel, a waiter helped to move the boxes. The front desk lady also kindly informed the location of breakfast and that I could check out one hour later if necessary. The takeaway robot ordered was delivered directly to the door of the room, and the phone was notified to open the door to pick up the takeaway.
Dining: The breakfast is very rich and the variety is very rich.

Environment: Close to the subway, it is convenient to travel. There are security guards at the door. It is safer and quieter to live inside.
Service: Thank you to the customer service manager Cao Yexin for preparing birthday cakes and small gifts for us. The children liked it very much. It was so thoughtful. Chen Tong saw us going out and reminded us that it would rain today. He prepared raincoats for the children. When we came back today, Zhao Jianrong helped to send the luggage to the car outside. Next time I come to Beijing, I will order Guoer.
Facilities: There are very complete fitness equipment. You can go to exercise at night. The furniture inside the hotel is relatively heavy and of higher grade.

The duplex room booked, the sofa on the first floor became a single bed of more than one meter, just to satisfy a family of three, you can check out at 1 pm. The more uncomfortable thing is that the network speed is slow, and the others are fine. The last night, the child in the family was still noisy at 10:30 in the evening. Very close to the subway, when you go to Huguosi Street to eat, people are full. After checking out at 7 o'clock in the morning on the last day, you can also store your luggage. After climbing the Great Wall, you can buy special products and come back to pick up your luggage and go straight to the South Station.

Ms Feng checked me in at around 1am. She attended to me promptly and assisted with great hospitality explaining the hotel facilities and breakfast. There is only breakfast option for guests and no lunch or dinner restaurants. This is not a problem for the location is nearly to some food joints.
Hotel room assigned was clean and spacious. Toilets are separated with full amenities provided. It’s absolutely value for money!

Only to recommend select a room with window for better air flow , the last night on my stay the room was extremely hot and humid caused by the air flowing system although the hotel staff had provide extra cooling machine

The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of cuisines ranging from Western delicacies to Chinese comfort food. The breakfast buffet opens from 7 - 10 AM.
The dinner buffet is a wonderful unforgettable luxury experience, serving hotpot, fresh Seafood and meat, and an ice cream station. The dinner buffet opens from 5:30 - 9:30 PM.
The room is very clean and looked new, the staffs are friendly and polite. Overall a wonderful experience, would definitely come back again.

We loved the thoughtful and personalized anniversary decor on the bed, cards and bubbles. A special thank you to Paolo and the team. The delicious and decadent cake we ordered from the bakery was absolutely delicious. All the staff were professional, friendly and made our experience phenomenal. The afternoon tea, cocktails and light dinner at the club were delectable and so enjoyable. Can't wait to return for another awesome staycation at The Regent.

GGuest UserThe hotel is within minutes of walking distance to the subway station - Zhushikou exit A. The reception is good except mediocre English. Housekeeping is not 24hrs. We were surprised as we had asked for replenishment of mineral water at abt 1030pm. There is no closet except for a stand with 4 clothes hangers. One of reception staff is very good, he helped booked a cab for airport and accompanied us while waiting for the driver.
