Hotels in National Stadium-Bird's Nest/Olympic Sports Center, Beijing

This hotel is pretty old but it has everything a traveler with family needs. the cleanliness is top notch, and the amenities are more than enough. The staff are quite courteous and friendly in spite of language barrier challenges (they don't speak english). The metro station is quite far from the hotel, but we used DiDi all the time anyways. the thing that needs to be improved is the hotel hallway, it is very dark and needs more lighting so it wouldn't feel so spooky. Actually I experienced my first supernatural encounter on the last night of my stay in my hotel room. I heard such weird noises (like cat's voice but sounds weirder and absurd, it's like nothing that I've heard before) from 12 pm until 6 am in the morning. that sound repeatedly came for about 5-6 times. I couldn't sleep at all that night. I wish I could communicate this experience with the hotel staff but since we can't easily communicate with them, then I just let it go. Even though the overall service is pretty nice, I do believe that this hotel needs to be revamped.

Staff was helpful. Hotel is getting old and room was in need of upgrade and repair. Mold in the shower, dirty and worn carpet. Wall were also quite marked up. No control over AC, set to 25, can adjust, but never gets below 25. Bar closed at the 22:00. Buffet was OK. Ordering from the restaurant was not very good. Pool is nice, and hot tub would be great, but only filled the water to half under the jacuzzi jets. Obsessively enforced swim cap policy, despite my being bald, but this ************* thing. Once beautiful hotel, now cutting corners and possibly still trying to recover from COVID. Definitely not the high star ranking I was shown.

I went to watch Zhou Shen's Bird's Nest concert and I struggled for a long time to choose a hotel. The Olympic Sports Center will be closed when the concert ends, so I always go to the Olympic Park subway station. This hotel is near the Olympic Park subway station. If the concert ends at 22:00 If you go directly without staying, you can return to the hotel within 30 minutes. I stayed in the Bird's Nest for a while and was able to return to the hotel before 23:00. It is very convenient to go to the Bird's Nest and back. Although the hotel room is small, it is clean and the service is very good. When I checked in, I helped carry my suitcase up the stairs. The shower room was separated into dry and wet areas. The hotel is also very unique and relatively new. I recommend staying there.

The staff either does not speak English or very little and need the translator app to communicate. The last night I have ordered a taxi to take me to the airport the following morning at 7am and the day after I have discovered that the concierge LIED to me as there was no taxi coming. So, the manager immediately ordered a taxi, which arrived in a couple of minutes. Also, the TV is quite old and it didn't work properly and the volume button had been put at a very low level that didn't allow me to listen to the TV when I was in bed. This is because the walls are very thin and you can hear everything that it is going on in the rooom next to you. In that sense I was lucky as I had very considerate neighbours. I would consider returning just for the location, which is excellent if you are attending a trade show at the CNCC as there is a direct underground passage from the hotel to the trade show.

The coffee-themed hotel is very distinctive, and each room is equipped with drip coffee. Room facilities: fully equipped, dry and wet separation, more convenient. Cost-effectiveness: From the geographical location, the cost-effectiveness is not bad. Breakfast: With breakfast, steamed buns, porridge, cakes, fruits, etc., there are many kinds. Location and transportation: There is a bus stop nearby.

This is a high-end stay. It is not called high-end because of the hotel's existing transportation convenience, clean rooms, and smart facilities, but because of its ”people-oriented, heart-to-heart” attitude. Because my child had a nosebleed at night and damaged his sheets, pillowcases and other items, he blamed himself and I was also very depressed. When we checked out, we asked for compensation, but the hotel responded with ”It's understandable, no compensation is required.” I would like to express my deep gratitude and praise your hotel for its great layout. The children also feel the warmth of this capital city, the clouds and mountains are green, the rivers are turbulent, the wind of a gentleman is high, and the mountains are high and the rivers are long.

Good environment, complete room facilities, smart whole house, takeaway robot can deliver, front desk staff is also very attentive, sanitation is also very clean, there are many restaurants around, transportation is also very convenient, satisfied

The price is reasonable, the location is very close to the Bird's Nest, and there are commercial areas around. If you go to the Bird's Nest to watch a performance, it is very convenient to eat, stay and travel. The room is well decorated and large, clean and sanitary, with an unenclosed small balcony. The service attitude is also very good. If I watch a concert next time, I will book this hotel again. I forgot to take pictures, so I can only use the pictures I took of the concert and the Craft Museum, which are all nearby. There is also a history museum nearby. I will make an appointment to see it next time I watch a concert.

Apart from the slightly outdated facilities, Beijing Wuzhou Hotel has a good location and convenient transportation. The rooms are clean, the service is thoughtful, and the food and beverage are acceptable. The overall experience is pretty good.

The front desk was very friendly and actively answered questions. The room was indeed not big, but it had everything it should have. It was worthy of this express hotel. The bed was also very neat when I entered the room. I looked carefully and found creases. The hygiene conditions were acceptable. I give it a five-point rating.
