非常適合一個人住安靜，不嘈雜燈光很亮，沒有啥噪音，離着農科院很近肩特別的大，衞生間也特別大總之就是很好就對了，周圍有很多的商家店鋪飯館

有窗，有空調。房間大床不錯。衞生間有點小。洗澡水不太熱。樓下有吃的。挺方便。在路邊比較好找。老闆也挺客氣。

房間在未經住宿人同意時有人進入，打掃衞生？和其他地方的區別是收拾客房的不是阿姨是青壯年男性。前台不像一般的常規賓館設定説普通話的小姑娘那種，是有濃重外地口音的中年男性或女性。聰明如你看懂了吧。

房間很緊湊，床和牆過道很窄，有一股淡淡黴味，衞生間洗浴間也很小。沒有礦泉水，第一次遇到，電視遙控器換不了台，可能自己不會用，價位還可以，如果能接受還可以。
