A perfect trip! Although I was exhausted from the long journey, I was still shocked by the professionalism and thoughtful service of the Kempinski staff. I am very grateful to Ally Liu at the front desk for her warm service and attentive hospitality. I was upgraded to a suite for free, which made me and my family feel happier. Facilities: As soon as I entered the door, I saw the hotel's crystal chandelier, which perfectly interpreted the atmosphere and old-fashioned style of Kempinski. I couldn't stop taking pictures. Hygiene: Every place was very clean. To be honest, I went to all the corners that the hotel allowed guests to reach. Even if I wanted to go to the bathroom before leaving, I could see that the aunt was always serving everyone. Even the men at home said that the hand cream in the hotel bathroom smelled good! It can be said that the service quality is perfect. Environment: A combination of modern and fashionable style hotel, the design style is very resort style, compared with Yanqi Hotel, it is not so formal and rigorous. Generally, the hotel bed can show whether the quality control is responsible. My family and I agreed that the hotel bed is very comfortable. I slept until dawn and felt like waking up in cotton. In addition, the most representative sunrise Oriental sphere is next to the dam and overlooks the entire Yanxi Lake Island. It is equivalent to an integrated food, drink and entertainment service, which is very convenient. Cycling around the lake (60-80 per hour, deposit 300) or boating, you only need to take the elevator to the 3rd floor of the hotel. Checking in the hotel is very convenient.
