The staff are super helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and modern with Japanese toilet and great shower. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily and all bathroom utensils are provided. There is a great little gym in the basement as well as clothes washing facilities and a great lobby. You can buy breakfast at the hotel but personally I thought it was a little overpriced
