Hotels Near Beijing Dongcheng Institute of Socialism in Beijing

This is the 2nd time I have stayed with Park Plaza Wangfujing. The first time was with my wife for a week (March 2024), and we upgraded to a suite and had a wonderful room and stay. I was in China again on my own, and had a few spare days and chose to stay again at Park Plaza Wangfujing, because of location, comfort, and the assistance from Kevin Li, who seemed to work 24/7. He significantly assisted us on the first visit, and when I arrived for the current June 2024 visit, he was again at reception offering to assist again. Kevin helped find places to visit, helped logistics, and guided us throughout our March stay, and was equally helpful during my short stay this time. Note that because of the proximity to the Wangfujing shopping district, along with a bunch of other tourist destinations, and because of the connection to a line 5 metro station, everywhere was easy to reach from this hotel. This visit I had a view of the courtyard between the buildings, one of which was Park Plaza. Last visit, we had a view of the adjacent Hu Tong area just north of the hotel and the suburbs to the north, as far away as the Olympic village, and beyond.

As its name implies, Legendale is one of the rare hotels on its genre that offers a wonderful sight, architecture and romantic charm.. our stay was amazing except the view side chosen by the lady receptionist was poor ! I do recommend this hotel for stay & strongly request hotel’s management proceed with renovation works.

Staff are nice and very responsible. Robot are efficient to deliver food to room. They only bad things is toilet flushing water is not strong enough to remove human waste.

The room is excellent - it's clean and comfortable. Li Yiran at the front desk was particularly polite and very helpful! Thank you. The other two guy staff members who assisted us on the first day were also good. While the hotel does not have an elevator, they were considerate enough to assign us a room on a lower floor to accommodate our family. One suggestion for improvement in general would be to enhance English language skills among the staff to facilitate better communication for foreign guests. Overall, it was great value for money. A truly excellent 5-star hotel (if not better) in a great location with wonderful staff in and around the premise! Of special mention is the Front Office Manager, Mr Su Yan, who quickly and tirelessly helped salvage an issue with a friend who was initially part of the booking for the Twin-room. As this friend had submitted his passport to an embassy for a visa, he couldn't check in with me. As a result, a request was made for a double bed for single occupancy which was promptly met without incurring further charges. All staff, from the front office to housekeeping, maintained their courteous smiles and greetings throughout my 4 nights/5 days stay. This included even those at the restaurant for breakfast, who were quick to usher their guests to their tables, and to promptly serve the desired beverage. Breakfast was sumptuous with a good variety of choices from Western to Chinese, and even Japanese. My room was always cleaned as soon as I left for breakfast and this made it pleasant to return to the room, to plan the outings for the day. The subway, which was within walking distance helped with getting around Beijing without the hassle of being caught up in the horrific traffic which seems to be a common feature of this city. This was truly a spendid trip staying at this gem of a hotel that I had even contemplated extending my stay for another 2 nights. However, duty beckoned me to check out to return to work. I look forward to returning to this hotel once more should the opportunity present itself and I'm hoping that it'll be sooner too!

A very cost-effective Samsung hotel in the prime location of Sanlitun, Chaoyang District, Beijing. The overall feeling is good. It is just above the SOHO shopping mall, which is very convenient. There is a Western-style steakhouse and other restaurants next door to the hotel. The hotel has a unique design style.

My stay at JW Marriott was excellent, thanks to Elaine at the front desk. Her professionalism and warm service made check-in smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for the outstanding staff like her!

The hotel located in good location , easy to find nd cloaes to MRT , Jingson station by walk in a few minute. Lots of convenience store nd resturant around here. , The room very clean big enough for our group of 4 people. 2 bed room with 4 single bed. Love this hotel , if i come to Beijing again surely i must stay here.

Although there’s a bit of walk from the nearest Yongdingmenwai station, but you get to stay in the area of residential neighbourhood away from the busy city. Greet by welcoming staff and I able to leave my luggage first hours before check-in because I reached the city early in the morning. Complimentary coffee and drink available whole day at the lobby. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Everything can be control by the virtual assistant device, by just saying the name and it will respond to you and assist you on anything the device can do. The toilet and shower room has no privacy but you can request to add curtain to it. The hot water for the shower room takes a long time to come out, and the water pressure wasn’t strong enough for me. No safe or fridge in the room unfortunately. So do keep your important personal belongings at a much secure place. On some of the days, they will host movie screening at their rooftop in the evening. There’s also a gym area. If you going for their buffet breakfast, it is located at the basement.

The boss is really enthusiastic! I carelessly left my camera in the cabinet, but the boss helped me find it. Woohoo, if nothing else, I want a five-star review just for this! ! ! Secondly, the environment of their home is really good. Unlike other youth hostels where the space is small, the beds in their quadruple rooms are all against the wall, leaving a large and spacious space in the middle, which makes the room look very spacious. Big and comfortable feeling. In addition, they also have a safe where you can store important things. The safety is very good, but when you put valuables in, you must remember to take them when you check out! ! ! Otherwise, you will leave your camera and tripod inside like I did. Finally, I am really grateful to the kind-hearted boss who helped me find my camera! ! ! Good people have a safe life💕
