I booked it based on the price, but since it's under Park Guell, it's far from major tourist attractions, but there's a bus stop and convenience store right in front, and it's a stable residential area, so the security is good. Also, the beds have electric outlets and curtains, and there's a free rental locker under the bed and laundry service, so it was a pretty satisfying experience. Although there's only one shower room, it's spacious and has all the amenities, so there weren't any major inconveniences, so unless you're very sensitive to facilities, I think you'll be satisfied.
