"convenient location. Just next to Line #1 tram Stop Liberation. Cafe and supermarket around. Matisee musee is close and can be reached on foot. The frontdesk staff is polite and helpful especially the girl on day shift. No fridge in the room but can use the hotel fridge. There is a weekend bazaar outside the hotel. wifi and hot water are good."

"If you just stay there for closer to the airport for one night, perfect, otherwise no. You can’t go anywhere but eat at their expensive and salty restaurant. You don’t see much except the airport and some ocean on the roof, but not nice culture."

"The breakfast was very disappointing. The tomatoes were completely bland. An omelet, bacon, or sausages would have greatly improved it. We only had a large bath towel and a bath mat; there was no hand or face towel provided. Shockingly, we even found a hair amongst the 'clean' towels! Our room was not cleaned at all during our 5-night stay. They didn't even supply a basic plastic cup for toothbrushes. They charge 5 euros to store luggage for just a few hours. This isn't about saving costs; it's pure greed and truly reflects poorly on the hotel."

"The hotel offers free snacks and drinks including various types of coffe and tea. The canteen is spacious, cozy and relaxing. It offers different zones which cater for my needs. I can do my offical work there. The canteen offers reasonable priced dinner. The shampoo, body wash and hand wash is good. "This stay was a very special and wonderful experience for me. As a guest from China who traveled a long way, encountering such a hotel in Nice was truly a heartwarming and delightful surprise. The hotel's location is perfect, facing Nice's stunning French Riviera. Turning right outside the hotel, you can directly access the elevator to Castle Hill, making it incredibly convenient for overlooking the old town, enjoying the sea view, or watching the sunset. The balcony view from the room was also fantastic; sitting on the balcony looking at the sea, the fatigue of my journey seemed to instantly disappear. The details in the room also impressed me, especially the body lotion provided by the hotel—it smelled wonderful. I casually asked the front desk if they sold it, and to my surprise, the manager, upon learning this, generously gave me a bottle of body lotion. This gesture deeply touched me and made me truly feel the hotel's sincerity, generosity, and thoughtfulness towards its guests. This is not just a hotel with a prime location and beautiful scenery, but a place that truly understands how to make its guests feel respected and cared for. If I ever return to Nice, I will definitely choose this hotel again and would be very willing to recommend it to my friends. This stay was truly special and left me with wonderful memories. As a guest traveling all the way from China, I felt genuinely welcomed and touched by the warmth and kindness of this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, facing the beautiful Côte d’Azur. Just turning right outside the hotel, you can easily access the elevator to Castle Hill, which makes sightseeing extremely convenient. The balcony view was also fantastic — sitting there and looking out at the sea instantly made me feel relaxed after a long journey. I was also very impressed by the thoughtful details in the room. In particular, I fell in love with the scent of the body lotion provided by the hotel. I casually asked the front desk if it was available for purchase, and to my surprise, the manager kindly offered to give me the bottle as a gift. This generous and thoughtful gesture truly touched me and made me feel deeply appreciated as a guest. This hotel is not only blessed with an excellent location and beautiful views, but also stands out for its sincere and attentive service. If I ever return to Nice, I would absolutely choose to stay here again and would happily recommend it to friends."

"Excellent value for money during the off-season. 1. Superb location!! Airport transport and tram: Take the L1 from the airport one stop to Grand Arenas, which is free, then it's a 5-minute walk to the hotel. Alternatively, you can walk directly from the airport in just 10 minutes. TER: With the Nice 3-day pass, Saint Augustin station is right across the street. If you're heading towards Menton, you can board one stop before the busy Nice train station, and there's no need to wait. BUS: If you're exploring the Nice coastline and don't want to walk too far to catch the tram, bus route 12+ (and others) are available near the coast, providing direct access to T1, also within a 5-minute walk. 2. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM. Very quiet, no airplane noise."

"Great location and lovely room with view over airport , only downside was bar closed early and we had just arrived from a long delayed flight there was no food available and just ordered drinks but staff made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Apart from the staff is a great hotel"

"The hotel is located near Place Masséna, a very lively area. There are many restaurants, cafes, and bookstores nearby. It's also close to the sea, perfect for walks and sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was friendly and prompt. Unfortunately, the streets were extremely noisy on the second night, making it almost impossible to sleep from midnight until dawn. Of course, this is beyond the hotel's control. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay."
