"My overall stay was excellent. The hotel environment was clean and refreshing, and the room facilities were well-maintained. The front desk had a 'vitamin boost station' with many small snacks and ice. The room included complimentary drinks, and the service was very prompt and responsive (they had everything, including facial cleanser, dental floss, and other toiletries readily available). The laundry room was also very clean, with many new washing machines and dryers that were convenient to use. My clothes were washed and dried in just an hour or two. I'll definitely choose Qiu Guo again in the future! Very thoughtful!"

The guest rooms are spacious and generously sized, feeling generally clean and open. The facilities are well-maintained and comprehensive, making for a comfortable stay. "This hotel is absolutely fantastic and deserves a great review! 🥰 It's right next to Zhongshan Park, Nantou Ancient City, and the subway station, plus it has a spacious courtyard for parking. I booked it because I planned to visit Nantou Ancient City. I've stayed at Atour hotels in many cities and always had a good experience, but this Shenzhen location was full of pleasant surprises. The atmosphere is very artistic and cozy, and it's incredibly clean and quiet!
Let me share some details: The front desk staff were super friendly and patiently handled all requests. Room service was prompt, and food deliveries were brought directly to the room by a robot – no annoying calls for minor confirmations. Every afternoon, there were different complimentary desserts available. The in-room kettle was excellent, heating up quickly, and the outlets were already plugged in, saving me the hassle of searching every time. And the shower in the bathroom – it had two showerheads you could switch between, which was very thoughtful, and the water pressure was great, making for a really comfortable wash!
I'd definitely want to stay here again on my next trip to Shenzhen!"

"I brought my friends to Shenzhen, and we stayed here for all three nights. Highly recommended!!! The location is excellent, directly connected to the subway, so you don't need an umbrella to get to the subway station and MixC even on rainy days. It's also very convenient to go to Hong Kong, just two subway stops to Shenzhen Bay Port. The breakfast spread is rich, with noodles and congee, and the watermelon among the fruits was delicious. The view from the window is also quite nice; although it's not a sea-view room, you can still see some of the sea. The service is also impeccable. I will definitely stay here again next time friends come to visit Shenzhen."

"Coincidentally, a typhoon hit, and my original plan was to travel to areas around Shenzhen for the weekend. Due to the typhoon and high-speed rail cancellations, I had to change my plans and opted for a staycation in Shenzhen. I was drawn to THE LANGHAM's unique British charm, and after much deliberation, I chose this hotel. Although it's been open for a while, I was a bit worried the facilities might be outdated. However, comparing it to the most beautiful lounges in London, I impulsively booked an executive room.
Upon arrival, a small hiccup delayed my check-in. Afterward, a thoughtful male staff member at the front desk noticed and guided us to the executive lounge on the 22nd floor to check in. There, Peter, who assisted us, was incredibly warm and demonstrated the professionalism expected of high-end hotel staff. He thoughtfully asked about our preferences and led us to a comfortable spot in the lounge. Throughout our time, the lounge staff — Emily, Via, Yulia, and Caron — also showcased what a 'most beautiful lounge' should be, with attentive service and impeccable attire. The variety of drinks and other offerings in the lounge was extensive; we basically didn't want to leave.
Stepping into the room, a strong British ambiance immediately enveloped us, truly reflecting the brand's unique character. The room offered panoramic views of Shenzhen Bay through its 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing us to experience the city's vibrancy even from bed. The hotel breakfast was also rich and varied; I tried the beef noodles, which were excellent, and the desserts were a big plus.
Thanks to the professional service and the brand's distinctive style, I felt the joy of a vacation without even leaving Shenzhen. THE LANGHAM is truly worth it!"

I chose this business hotel for my solo business trip, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations in every way. I'd like to praise it across ten dimensions. First, location and transportation: the hotel is directly connected to the subway station, and it's a three-minute walk to the core business district. This made client meetings and material procurement incredibly convenient. Second, smart services: the in-room robot delivered items incredibly fast; drinking water and chargers arrived within five minutes, no need to call and wait. Third, amenities: all the new equipment felt high-quality. The 24-hour self-service laundry room had detergent and dryers, and the gym was fully equipped with new machines, making it easy to de-stress with a workout. Fourth, dining services: the breakfast buffet offered a rich selection of both Chinese and Western options, including freshly ground coffee, noodles, and hot dishes. Afternoon tea provided unlimited desserts and drinks, and the late-night porridge, noodles, and snacks were comforting. They even delivered warm milk to the room every night – perfect attention to detail. Fifth, convenient services: the front desk offered free parcel collection and delivery and could assist with operating the laundry room equipment, which was thoughtful and hassle-free. Sixth, room hygiene: the entire room was spotlessly clean with no dead spots; the bedding, bathroom, and desk were pristine, and there was no dust in the corners. Seventh, hardware environment: both the public areas and guest rooms had a simple yet 고급 design, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring work and rest weren't disturbed. Eighth, front desk service: staff were responsive, check-in and check-out were efficient, and they patiently and thoroughly provided directions. Ninth, room configuration: the desk and chair were in good condition, the high-speed internet worked perfectly, and all equipment was new and undamaged. Tenth, suitability for travel: for a solo business stay, the hotel offered great privacy and was quiet, not noisy. There were no downsides throughout my stay. I will definitely rebook for future long-term business trips and highly recommend it to all business travelers.

BusshuiA huge shout-out to Vanilla at the front desk of The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy! My stay was absolutely perfect. The lobby ambiance is grand and elegant, and the location is superb. However, the most outstanding aspect was undoubtedly the professional service from the front office team. A special thank you to Front Office Director Perry and the entire front desk team: Hedy, Jimmy, Jennifer, Molly, Erin, Dannie, Koko, Sahar, Joy, Bella, and Eva. The whole team is incredibly well-trained and works seamlessly together, maintaining order even during peak check-in times. Both check-in and check-out processes were efficient and quick.
The team members were consistently gentle and polite, proactively explaining hotel facilities, local transportation, and member benefits. They were prompt in responding to requests for luggage storage, coordinating room needs, and answering inquiries. Their attention to detail was exceptional, perfectly embodying the Ritz-Carlton's 'Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen' philosophy. Each team member was patient, meticulous, and handled situations with poise, resolving issues efficiently and thoughtfully. There was no cumbersome waiting at any point, and my travel fatigue instantly melted away. When I visit Futian next time, The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy will still be my top choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

I was really impressed by the hotel's public areas – you can play games, work out, relax, read, do laundry, even get a manicure; they have everything! The breakfast buffet was also quite diverse. During breakfast, I saw a foreign guest ask a server for a baby fork, but the server didn't understand. It would be even better if they could improve their basic English training for handling international guests. Keep up the good work! I'll definitely be back for another stay.

Guest UserI specifically came to Dameisha just to stay at this hotel! After careful selection, I decided to book this place, and it exceeded my expectations.
First off, I have to mention the butler-style service. I initially thought it was just a small guesthouse, but it completely rivals a star-rated hotel. The front desk staff always did their best to meet our needs, replied quickly, and had a very gentle demeanor. There was also a complimentary minibar and even a farewell gift upon check-out.
**Environment:** The guesthouse has its own lobby, it's a standalone building, and the scent was lovely. The common areas were also very appealing.
**Amenities:** The most important thing is that the quality is top-notch and the attention to detail is excellent. The toiletries in the room were quite good, and they weren't the large refillable kind; they were single-use bottles that couldn't be opened once used. The shower pressure was strong, the projector was a 4K laser, and the bathtub was absolutely massive. There's a balcony. The laundry room was very clean and even had a dryer. There's a gym, but unfortunately, no treadmill!!!
**Drawbacks:** As for the downsides, the complimentary drinks were a bit perfunctory, the pool water was shallow, and the landscape area upstairs wasn't always fully watered. There was no body lotion, and the linen supply was a bit scarce. However, these minor flaws don't overshadow the overall experience. I still want to give it a perfect score and would definitely stay here again.

Our family's overall experience with our little one was impeccable, and we felt incredibly comfortable and warm throughout our stay! A special and sincere thank you goes to Manager Even ❤️. The check-in process was efficient and smooth. After learning we were traveling with a baby, Even proactively upgraded our room for free and even prepared cute, fun children's souvenirs and an exclusive wooden commemorative room key in advance – the attention to detail was truly thoughtful. Even continued to follow up attentively throughout our two-day stay, specifically informing us that we could flexibly book room cleaning via WeChat to ensure our baby's rest wasn't disturbed. Even also enthusiastically assisted us in booking a hotel restaurant, where the food ingredients were fresh and the taste was palatable, making it perfect for family dining. As it was a peak occupancy period for the hotel, Even thoughtfully arranged for us to enjoy breakfast at the 12th-floor Executive Lounge, perfectly avoiding the long queues during the lobby's breakfast rush. All staff at the Executive Lounge provided gentle and patient service with quick responses. The dining environment was tranquil and elegant, and the variety and quality of the food were excellent. On the day of check-out, Even specifically came to the lobby to politely bid us farewell, a gesture full of ceremony that was especially heartwarming. 🦁 The hotel's boutique shop offers a wide array of creative cultural products; the signature little lion series of dolls are exquisitely crafted, soft, and adorable, making for very meaningful souvenirs. The entire team's service was professional yet warm and meticulous, creating an excellent ambiance. My stay at this Hyatt Centric property far exceeded my expectations; it's truly a top choice for anyone visiting Nanshan. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right at a subway interchange, and within walking distance of Coastal City and Shenzhen Bay Park, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure. Our room was on a high floor, offering stunning 270-degree panoramic views of Shenzhen Bay and the Qianhai cityscape through its floor-to-ceiling windows. The in-room smart controls were easy to use, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom featured a great wet/dry separation – the cleanliness was impeccable. The public areas have an artistic vibe, with the lobby feeling like an art gallery. The high-altitude outdoor garden is fantastic for sightseeing and photos. The self-service laundry and gym facilities are also well-equipped. The front desk service was efficient and thoughtful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

Five-star rating, absolutely fantastic! The sea-view room I booked was even better than the pictures. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed panoramic view of the entire ocean. I could lie in bed and gaze at the blue sea and sky, wake up to the sound of waves and the sunrise in the morning, and watch the sunset over the sea from the balcony in the evening. The ambiance was absolutely perfect.
The room's cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the disposable amenities were provided. The appliances were all new and worked great. The owner and housekeeper were warm and attentive, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. They were super quick to respond to any questions I had. It's a short walk to the beach, making it very convenient for getting around. Plus, it's incredibly photogenic! My beach vacation experience was absolutely top-notch. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sea-view getaway!

The bedding was clean and soft, and I spent a long time just staring out, lost in thought. The front desk lady's smile when she handed me the room card was even warmer than the night view itself. It really felt like staying right in the middle of a beautiful landscape.
