As expected, this is the best hotel in Banff. Every single piece of furniture was so beautiful that it felt like I had traveled back in time to a medieval castle😊 The room was small‼ I had seen information on YouTube beforehand, but it was a very spacious room, contrary to my expectations. It even came with a bathrobe, and it was the best room😊👌 For dinner, I went to a place called ”Randle Bar” and had ”beer”, ”shrimp salad”, and ”beef tartare”. This was also great😍 The ”chili pork” I ordered as an extra wasn't that great😅 I got up early in the morning and watched the sunrise over Cascade Mountain from the courtyard. It was the best‼️ For breakfast, I went to a restaurant called ”stock”, which opens at 6am, and had a hearty ”B.E.L.T. sandwich” and cafe au lait, which was delicious and filling. The flight from Narita was delayed, so we didn't arrive in Banff until around 19:30, and the next morning we had to leave the hotel at 08:30 for a tour, so it was a shame that our stay was so short 😰 Next time, I'd like to check in early and stay in the hotel until the last possible moment 👍😊

This hotel is highly recommended in banff town. It has complete facilities and a warm and comfortable environment. You will get a three-day scenic bus ticket for free when you stay. It is very convenient to go to various attractions. The Italian restaurant on the first floor is also very delicious. ps The hotel adheres to the concept of environmental protection and does not have drinking water supply. It is said that banff can drink water directly or buy it at the market price. The hand sanitizer and soap are also made from local brands and are of good quality.

The hotel is located in Banff town, about ten minutes walk to the town center. The room provides a coffee machine and kettle. It is relatively good. Breakfast is 25 Canadian dollars for adults and half price for children. The variety of food is pitifully small. It is recommended to go out for food

Room was spacious and clean, definitely a new hotel. Restaurant downstairs was great for breakfast every morning, had delicious selections. Really like the big balcony too which you can view stars at night without light pollution. A bit of a walk / 5 min drive to main Banff town but not an issue. Great amenities in room and service was great too! Highly recommend.

Old hotel, the entire Banff hotel has years, and summer is very cold, which is equivalent to the feeling of Beijing in late autumn. The town is very small, just one street, there is a supermarket in the middle of the street, and there are gas stations at the head and tail. You can directly go to the Canadian tanker Swap domestic credit cards, the United States cannot. Walk about 40 minutes from beginning to end. This place is strategically located. It is situated directly opposite Banff High School Transit where travelers can take Roam 8x to Lake Louise. Right outside, there are local buses you can take, example Roam 1 which takes you to Banff Gondola. The Inn also provides complimentary local Roam tickets. You will have to purchase Roam 8x express on your own. For drivers, they have complimentary parking too (depends on availability). We will return again because of its location. Staff service, room cleanliness, amenities are all good. Nothing to complain about.

Reasonable stay, a little far out from Banff but good public transport close by. Free parking at the rear of the property, a big bonus but parking is available in the underground carpark. Expensive for what was provided. Apartment well fitted out and everything required for the stay is provided, but the most critical item, the safe, was not working, meaning that we had to take passports, cards and cash with us throughout our stay in Banff. Regretfully disappointed with poor sleep throughout the stay, the sound proofing is exceptionally poor, especially from overhead apartments, with wooden floors creaking badly and every footstep clearly heard. Interconnecting doors had poor soundproofing, every sound and talking were clearly heard. Apprciate that the building is timber, but there are numerous ways to improve the soundproofing, but at a commercial cost. Bring a good set of ear plugs, they are essential for sleep. Train leaves the station or passes through Banff at 5.40 every morning, and the driver loves to use his horn on every occasion, no need for an alarm clock!!
