"Our overall stay at Kaiyuan Senbo was fantastic, and I especially want to commend YiQi Travel Photography! It was such a pleasant surprise! I didn't have high expectations for the travel photoshoot, but the results completely exceeded what we imagined; they genuinely looked like professional-grade 'blockbuster' shots. The photographer was excellent at candid shots, making the photos natural and high-quality, capturing many beautiful moments from our trip. I loved every single one; we didn't have to pose much, yet the output was exceptional. The entire shooting process was also very enjoyable. The staff were patient and professional, even with young children, making the experience truly wonderful. This stay at Senbo not only made our kids happy but also left us with incredibly precious travel memories. YiQi Travel Photography, in particular, deserves a standalone five-star review! The photos surpassed all expectations, and I highly recommend them! ❤️"

"Our family's first summer trip – Naked Stables. Our little one rushed to Moganshan right after school, still in her uniform! Even though it was the rainy season, it had its own unique charm. **Environment:** Secluded and tranquil, with various standalone round houses or villas nestled in the valley. The landscape design ensures excellent privacy. There are also plenty of activities, making it a great place for a holiday! **Facilities:** The in-room amenities are all excellent, and the minibar is well-stocked. Even the chargeable snacks are delicious! On rainy days, it's perfect for enjoying tea and snacks in the room. However, the bathroom in the round house felt a bit small, and the shower facilities were located on the balcony, which was inconvenient to use on rainy evenings. My elderly parents had no choice but to use the bathtub, which was quite inconvenient. Later, we discovered the water heater wasn't working. The butler responded quickly, but it took an hour to fix the hardware, and still no hot water. The duty manager then proactively and very thoughtfully came to check on us and kindly moved us to another room where we could finally enjoy a comfortable hot shower. **Service:** The butler service contacted us by phone before check-in to pre-register our license plate, allowing for seamless entry without stopping. The hotel also offers a wide range of entertainment programs for both adults and children. Our child loved it, quietly enjoying handicraft activities and horseback riding. Our little girl especially adored it and rode for half an hour each day during our two-day stay. **Exquisite Naked Stables Souvenirs:** The cups are commemorative, and each room area is named after an animal. The various merchandise sold in the lobby is also very appealing and meaningful; we bought some to take home! **Restaurants:** There's an Italian Western restaurant and a Chinese restaurant, both with good food. The set menus at the Western restaurant were decent, and à la carte options weren't expensive."

"I brought my kids here for the summer holidays. The room wasn't quite my style, but the service attitude was truly excellent. During my stay, the door lock wouldn't open, and I contacted Xiaoyue who immediately arranged for an engineer to fix it. I also encountered a small issue at one of the activities, and the on-site staff didn't know how to handle it. Again, Xiaoyue promptly stepped in and resolved it. These 5 stars are for Xiaoyue; she seems to be the resort's service ambassador, as she's the go-to person for most problems. Whether it was arranging a shuttle or getting items sent to the room, she handled everything perfectly. Sometimes her WeChat replies were a bit slow, and I actually considered complaining, haha, but then I saw at the front desk that Xiaoyue *was* the front desk! She was also checking guests in, so no wonder her replies were slow. After chatting for a bit, I realized how hard she works, having to attend to other guests too. Thumbs up for such great service! The room hygiene was also pretty good; it's hard to avoid some outdoor elements."

"Participate in cross-country competitions, think of booking more than 10 days in advance, there is no price increase! ! ! This is worthy of praise. As soon as the event time in many places is announced, the surrounding house prices will start to rise! The hotel is the event shuttle bus stop. The organizing committee and many runners will choose to live here, which is very convenient. The front desk was upgraded for free when checking in. The little brother at the front desk was a little sorry that he could not send me breakfast for free. He told him that I went out early and couldn't catch up. The game ended that night to leave, accidentally left the running shoes in the hotel, the next day to remember, the front desk arranged a courier. The hotel hardware is a bit behind according to the standards of Moganshan, plus the problem of the selection of bathtub and wash basin materials has discoloration, can not give full marks, but according to the price is satisfactory. Friends who participate in the event are recommended to stay here if the event shuttle bus stops here."

"The price is that of a five-star hotel, but the actual experience doesn't match the cost. The hotel environment is nice, but the facilities are old and outdated. The animal enclosure is rusty, run-down, and poorly maintained. Furthermore, we visited in the summer, and the weather was extremely hot, yet the pool wasn't filled and there was no lifeguard. However, the service was excellent, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The restaurant staff were very friendly and polite. Nevertheless, breakfast started too late: 8 AM is the latest I've ever seen anywhere. This is very inconvenient for families with small children and babies who need to eat early. All in all, paying 2580 yuan for two nights at a place like this is not good value for money."

"A hidden gem of a B&B in Xiantan Village, it looks just like something out of a Miyazaki fairy tale – so unique! We got upgraded to a dome room during the off-season, and I loved the tatami relaxation area and the balcony with breathtaking views. It would be even better if the private hot spring’s overhead cover could be removed and some small night lights added for extra ambiance! A big thank you to the thoughtful butler for their excellent care."

"The room overall was great, and the surroundings were beautiful, making for a very comfortable stay. It was also perfect for taking photos. What really surprised us was the service; every single staff member was incredibly kind, attentive, and paid attention to even the smallest details. They were all so lovely, even my husband commented on how responsible and excellent the service was from each lady. It's also very close to You Village, so we enjoyed leisurely walks there morning and evening. It's great for kids, even little ones will find it enjoyable. We arrived at noon and ate directly at their restaurant; the food was surprisingly delicious. Breakfast was very generous, and they even offered red bean soup in the evenings. The butler was also very thoughtful, checking in on various details promptly."

"I've always been a loyal fan of Kaiyuan Group, and this stay was truly wonderful. Due to the typhoon, we ended up eating and staying entirely at the hotel. First off, Yun Gu Dexin Hotel is exceptionally clean. What's more, the staff were incredibly caring and patient, making us feel right at home. The young man at the front desk was also very dedicated. Because of the typhoon, I called to check on taxi availability. They not only upgraded our room but also advised me not to take the parked taxis, suggesting a ride-sharing service would be cheaper. Finally, when we checked out, my child's smart watch was left behind at the hotel, and the front desk staff at post number three arranged for free shipping for us. Despite the typhoon, we had the whole pool and ping-pong area to ourselves, which the kids loved. And after the rain stopped today, we even took a walk around the hotel's Zhiji Countryside, where the air was incredibly fresh and healing. When we encountered a minor issue with a dish during lunch at the hotel, the manager promptly helped resolve it. I also really liked the connecting corridor; sitting there was very relaxing. It truly felt like a complete vacation experience. The view outside the room was absolutely stunning, and we received complimentary welcome fruit both days. Traveling alone with my elderly parents and child was hassle-free. Everyone had a relaxed, pleasant, and leisurely three days despite the typhoon."

"Room cleanliness: I requested a non-smoking room upon check-in, but the room smelled strongly of smoke. I asked to switch rooms, but could still detect the smoke odor. There were also visible stains on the carpet from previous guests. Outside the room, the property clearly lacked maintenance. Service: The staff were very accommodating and service was prompt. Other hotel facilities: The facilities did not meet the expectations for the price. It's priced like a 5-star hotel, but the facilities are more like a 3.5-star. After checking out, I saw many buses outside picking up people, suggesting it's primarily a tour group hotel. Overall, the experience was not worth the price. It felt more like a typical 400-500 yuan hotel."
