Our butlers, Chenchen and Wanwan, were reliable and communicated smoothly. Their travel photography service was also excellent, producing great shots that made the kids very happy."

The service at the front desk is very good, and they also helped to arrange the room in advance. They will help solve all kinds of problems. This trip experience is superb!"

The on-site restaurant wasn't great value for money."

Every detail of the soft furnishings reflects thoughtful care, from the tea sets to the decorative accents, all exuding a charming traditional Chinese elegance. The public areas are incredibly unique, with a giant镂空 (carved/hollowed-out) art installation complemented by vintage stone steps – every shot looks like it's from a magazine! It's perfect for relaxing or for striking a pose for photos. The entire place is clean and tidy, with an open and comfortable layout. It's an ideal escape from the city's hustle and bustle, perfect for a relaxing getaway in the mountains. Whether you're looking for solitude or a cozy stay with friends, it's absolutely fantastic. It's already on my list for a second visit, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful mountain retreat!"
