Excellent location and breakfast buffet. The universal twin bedroom is a bit small and facing the wall of building across but is functional clean and well maintained. The front desk staff are friendly but can’t communicate in English. We had to use Google translate. Parking across the hotel is 800 yen for 24 hours so would recommend. Beddings are comfortable and room is clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet with sashimi hot dishes and ice cream is such a delight and is the selling point of this hotel. Overall we are very pleased with what paid for as now is non peak season.

Right beside to Asahikawa train station and entertainment district not so far away, easily can walk there. Using the Times car park right beside it, take the ticket and pay at the hotel check in counter tho not connected directly to the hotel.

Best amenities. Though the room is not big, I love how they cleverly make good use of every part of the room for functionality. Every space is not wasted and the TV shows the laundry usage situation so you don’t have to queue indefinitely at the laundry area for your turn. One thing to improve on could be having some hanging poles in the toilet so that we can hang our clothes to dry after washing. The dryer at the laundry area doesn’t dry the clothes completely. So we need to extend the dry mode a few more times hence many are hogging the washing machines. Still highly recommended.

I originally liked route inn the most in the business hotel chain. If you are traveling alone, you don't have to be so careful. Japan is grateful that clean business hotels are developing to medium-sized cities. However, in Honshu, route-in is often difficult to use by rail (car location), but in Hokkaido, route-in is often in front of the station, so it is easy to use. On the left side of the station, there is also an AEON MALL equipped with a cinema complex, so you can enjoy buying souvenirs, buying travel supplies, and watching road show movies on your travels. The good thing about the route inn is that you can watch paid satellite broadcast WOWOW for free on the TV in the room. The front desk is on the 3rd floor. It is not open 24 hours on the first floor (business hours 7:00 ～ 22:00, closed on January 1), but there is a convenience store ”Seiko Mart” with many supporters in Hokkaido. I entered twice at night and in the morning. The hotel has a large communal bath of another major hotel chain in Hokkaido, and the rooms have only a r shower booth, but it is also good to have a bathroom with a bathtub properly. It's not a special luxury hotel, but I think it's the best hotel as a business hotel. I think it can be used for business, sightseeing and multipurpose purposes. Next time, if you have a chance to come to Asahikawa, this is the hotel you want to choose first.

Jinkiskan Daikokuya and Izakaya Tenkin are all within walking distance... It seems like a suitable accommodation to go to Asahidake or Blue Lake Whitebeard Falls... Of course, the staff are friendly... I can't eat the late-night ramen provided by the hotel... There are good restaurants around. There's so much of it that my stomach hurts when I go to the hotel. I tried it one day and it's not bad. It's Soyu Ramen. I recommend the open-air bath and hot spring on the 10th floor.
