I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. The room was large and clean with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The beach is a private beach, the beach and the loungers are very clean and you get towels from the hotel. I particularly liked the sunset on the beach. With the all inclusive package you could order coffee, cola, juices, Sprite, etc. and water on the beach. The food tasted above average and there was a changing selection every day. We were very excited about the buffet!! The waiters are very friendly. The hotel has a large pool and a whirlpool with great loungers. All facilities were very clean. I can recommend this hotel and would like to come again! 😍

The rooms are small, the windows don't open. The hotel is frankly worn out. The staff is friendly, but doesn't show any extra initiative. In general, the price in the 4k range is normal, but it's easier to throw in a couple thousand and rent an adequate room in Dubai.

Issue - Angel refused check in and asked money for pre paid booking and denied to check the updated confirmation which I tried to show her , she did not even wanted to check my confirmation and mocked and laughed me over my professional experience in the industry when I tried to give her the direction to solve the issue , She did not care and told me she will only give a room if I pay her money for the room I have already prepaid . Finally after no help from the Reception team for almost 30 minutes I asked or duty manager and he swiftly went in to action and gave me a room and did the necessary processes fast and again Angel was cutting the key for me and I could see loud and clear in her face that she was not happy when I got a room i paid for .. so I did not let her negative energy affect me and went to the room without further complaints and Angel has given me a paper for Wifi password which was used or not working one .. after 3 hours of check in getting some rest and hoping to forget the most shocking depressing and experience or trauma caused by Angel ,(check in staff) , guess wat she answers the phone again and I asked for password or internet connection she told me to ask duty manager and hung up the phone on me . She realized her mistake and did not apologize and went to revenge mode with me I would like to see if this hotel actually checks the review and replies I want them to give me an answer only ” If this experience happened to you personally with any other new brand or property how will you feel ? I don't apologies , just be honest and tell me how would you feel if this happened to you ? ?

This is our 2nd visit ito the Bahi Ajman Palace hotel. We visited this place 1st in April this year. We liked it so much that we decided to come here again. Clean cosy rooms, a very effective, good and polite team of servismen, who clean the rooms evey day very effectivly. We liked also the hotel restaurant. The restaurant servismen work very quickly, quietly, professionally. They are very polite and frendly. They do what you want immedeately and with kind smiles. We'd like to mention these men as especially very good and kind men who work in the restaurant - Sohel, R aj, Sanjay, Roshani. We liked the restaurant food, especially rich and generous dinners. The beach is regularly cleaned and the people who work there are redy to help at any moment. Thank you Soju for medical help. In geneal all the people who work at the hotel are highly professional helpful kind and good. Thank you everybody.

The furniture configuration of each room is the same, but some are in different styles. Every time I stay there, I have a different experience. It is very good. The kitchen is very convenient. The carpet is very suitable for bare feet. The whole hotel has good lighting. It feels like home and very comfortable.

The location is perfect , sea view rooms. I came from abudhabi and my transportation will be at 3pm the next day and they are so kind that they have provided me a later check out. But the high light of the property is the house keeping supervisor named Mr. Kazeem. His so friendly and having the perfect smile and good customer service. He deserved to be infront where the guest will see his smile once they entered the property. Keep it up Kazeem. See you again ☺️
