i enjoyed this place. it had a beach and nice area in the outside , a lobby that seemed inviting. they called taxis if you needed one, good value for money. great customer service, and seemed well located for abu dhabi. the room was nice , clean and the bed comfortable.

Location is very good, have water bus, gift shops nearby; the famous starbucks also within 5 mins by walk;

The hotel is really old and the fragrance in the lobby gives me a headache.
The shape of the room is very strange. Although it is not small, there is not much usable space. The air conditioner was broken on the first day, and no one took care of it at night. It was very hot and stuffy. The next day, we asked the staff to repair it. Judging from the proficiency of the staff, it was obvious that it was often broken.
The room always smells musty when I come back from going out, which is really disgusting. Don’t never give away disposable items and search for them.
The beach at the hotel is great, as is the swimming pool. I also booked this place for the beach, which is in line with expectations.
There are only Shangri-La supporting businesses in the surrounding area, but there are no stores inside, only a Starbucks and a small supermarket.
