There were even fireworks on New Year's Eve, which was such a pleasant surprise~ It felt incredibly special and ceremonial. **Facilities:** The facilities are very comprehensive. The breakfast buffet is rich, with both Chinese and Western options, and the portions are small enough that you can try many different dishes. The complementary recreational activities are quite fun; you can even continue playing after checking out, including pickleball, mini-golf, basketball, and more – very enjoyable. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy. **Environment:** The greenery is well-maintained, it's not noisy or crowded, and has an upscale vibe. **Service:** The service is excellent. Items delivered to the room arrive quickly, and they help with luggage.

Service: Excellent! Anything I needed was delivered promptly. They always helped with luggage, and the golf cart would drop me off right at my building. Check-out to the parking lot was also handled smoothly. Unlimited access to the Onsen (hot spring, allowed one child under 1.2m): Plenty of towels, always available for changing. Various drinks and sweet soups were also provided free of charge. Temple Fair Buffet: Service was impeccable; a wide variety of dishes, but not worth the price. The quality was quite mediocre.

The Giraffe Castle Hotel in Qingyuan is a fairytale world come true for children. Stepping into the hotel feels like entering a mysterious African giraffe tribe. The lobby, centered around a 'sacred tree' with its towering trunk and branches, creates a forest ambiance. In the rooms, thoughtful details for families, such as cute giraffe-themed children's amenities and dual-height sinks, are evident everywhere. Our 'return visit ambassador,' Liu Yingwen, patiently listened to my feedback and actively and diligently answered my questions, providing excellent service. In the morning, opening the window reveals giraffes strolling on the 'giraffe-friendly' platform. Children can excitedly greet these adorable animals and then enjoy playing in the 'Sacred Tree Playground' and having breakfast with the giraffes, starting a day filled with joy and surprises.

I took my girlfriend out to play. My girlfriend said she was very satisfied. The hotel service was very good. The front desk gave me a very warm impression. The warm reception of Xiaozhi and Manager Li offset the fatigue on the road. It was my first time staying in a hotel and I felt sincerely received. Although the room had closed windows, it gave people a Hakka walled house style. The night view was particularly beautiful! The Four Points by Sheraton Bavaria was beyond expectations. The environment was beautiful, the facilities were well maintained, not as scary as the reviews said, and the hygiene was also very clean. This was an AMAZING stay. Upon arrival we were greeted by Barry who was incredibly kind. He upgraded our room and gave us his WeChat in case we had any questions or issues during our stay. The resort itself was beautiful. Everyone was incredibly kind, there were a few included activities including a brief sunset lake cruise, pottery, and an exercise activity with a nice view at the end. While there were a handful of activities, they were all pretty brief. With this in mind, I think it is perfect for a 1-2 night stay. The highlight was definitely the hot springs, which offered a bunch of different springs at different temperatures as well as a pool and fruit bar. This stay was an incredible value for the money and I would DEFINITELY recommend. Thank you Barry!

The rooms are well-equipped, and there's a good variety of hot springs. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection. The front desk staff and those in the hot spring area are very welcoming, offering ginger tea to guests. On the first night, they brought a sweet soup, and on the second, milk, both perfectly timed to replenish energy. The air quality is excellent, making it a truly health-focused trip.

We have heard of Zhongshan hot spring resort and finally we got a chance to spend time here. The rooms are spacious, the bed is huge. All the staff is very supportive, including front desk and cleaners. The mini bus driver offered us a ride and took us to and fro the mountain. There is no need to say, that everything is nice and clean in the rooms. The breakfast was very good. Hot springs met our expectations. Everything was really nice and clean. Sauna and pools are great, we stayed as family and all of us including kids enjoyed it. Would we come back and recommend the place? Definitely, Yes! Thanks a lot to all the staff and see you later!

This hotel has a wonderful view of the sea and the rocky reef bar. Can take many beautiful photos here with the helix like bridge hanging over the reef, and the spiral shape chapel. Buffet breakfast has many choices of food. Lobby staff Ada is so pleasant and helpful. The rooms we booked were for level 4 to 5, but she upgraded us to level 29 rooms after hearing that we had brought our 88 yo mum for holiday. She added us on WeChat and sent us information on the hotel activities. When I told her we want to buy the hotel rubber slippers, she arranged for them to be sent to the room. The only bad points are: 1) irresponsible pet owners who didn't leash their pets (my girl was scared by a dog that chased her in rounds), 2) the beach sand is quite rough and full of pebbles.

This hotel is definitely the best in the Liuzu's Hometown Resort. Although it's been open for nearly ten years, the environment and facilities are very well maintained. You can enjoy hot springs in winter and water activities in summer, and the nearby Guo'en Temple caters to those seeking spiritual solace. The two-bedroom, one-living room villa we stayed in was quite spacious, and the gentle, soothing aromatherapy in the rooms was a hit with the whole family. If I had one suggestion, as it rained during our stay, it would be great if a transparent roof could be installed over the private hot spring tub so it could be enjoyed even on rainy days.
