It is an apartment, the room is large, the facilities are complete, the service is poor, the key is placed in the password box at the door, the password has not been sent to my mailbox, it took nearly half an hour to find the customer service to solve it.

The absolute pergect studio! Pleiades is a hidden treasure in the centre of Heraklion! From the excellent amenitites to the the fluffy towels and the very accomodating woman that maintained the cleaning, I cannot say enough good things. The studio is exactly as shown in the pictures (if not better), spotless cleaning and with everything you may need inside. Every day I was given fresh coffee capsules but there is also available a variety of tea, the bed is very comfortable with a big smart TV. Even the design is contemporary and beautiful. The staff answered all my questions in a timely manner and they were very polite and accommodating but the cleaning lady is the best of the best, always discreet and with a smile. I will definitely will book again for my next stay

We stayed at Kronos Hotel for two nights at the end of May. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a sea view room with a stunning view of the harbour. Breakfast was included and adequate. There was also a water fountain: very useful! The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the harbour, the restaurants and the city centre and good value for money. In addition, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again! Thanks again to Nikos and his colleagues for the warm welcome!

Fabulous hotel, everything you need for a stay is in the room. Very clean, it’s a very modern hotel super smart. It was also very easy to reach from the main highway . There is street parking…area felt very safe…but also a 3 minute walk there is parking..multi story …8 euros per 24 hours Katerina who runs the suites was very professional and very lovely. 10 min walk to the high street, 5 mins from restaurants and coffee shops. Close to the museum.

Great hotel, the rooms were spotless, the cleaning staff were attentive and friendly, the front desk staff was cheerful and extremely helpful when I needed some meds on a Sunday. They searched for a pharmacy that was open, and then called to make sure. Great place. And the breakfast is very comprehensive!

The hotel is not in the old town of Iraqi Lion, but the location is very good, 5 minutes walk from the station, parking around is also convenient. The room was clean, spacious, quiet and the facilities were very new. We enjoyed our stay very much. Hotel service is also very good, help us call a taxi.
